Avoid at all cost!!

Don’t touch this company with a ten foot pole! They will send you faulty scooters and then only offer you a partial refund, blaming you for damages. As an example, one of the scooters I purchased from them had the back wheel come off mid scoot and I had to jump off to avoid serious injury to myself or others. Naturally the scooter took a little beating (very slight due to my quick reflexes), which I informed them about upon returning it with valid photographs, but they will charge you for selling you a faulty scooter and any accidents happening because of said faulty scooter is your own fault?? Utterly ridiculous! Oh and they will deduct money for mud on your scooter also….Incredibly petty. They will also use a dodgy courier company to collect your faulty scooter. The guy will claim to have showed up, but no one was in, when in fact you had a house full of people and then charge you to reschedule. I initially used this company due to its good reviews and the fact they are UK based, but I now believe all the reviews are fake. Be warned, do not do business with them!

Hi Dalzette,

Sorry you feel that way. I can assure you, we do not fake reviews. We go above and beyond for our customers and the reviews speak for themselves. You cannot expect a full refund for an item covered in scratches.

I purchased a new Front Wheel with the…

I purchased a new Front Wheel with the motor to fit on my M4S scooter, because my Front tyre has lost its tread and its not really ideal to use now. Although after recieving it, and trying to connect it to my scooter. I find out its not possible because i cannot get access to the cable connections to complete the change over of the Front Wheel. So ive spent almost £50.00 on this wheel which is no use to me at all. Im very disappointed that you let me buy the Wheel knowing i will not be able to fit it anyway. The metal standing plate is completly sealed down so i cannot remove it to get to the connections.
