AP Clean Solutions should be avoided at all costs
AP Clean Solutions is run by Oliver and Amy and had all the potential to be excellent. Well, that was until one of their cleaners was caught on camera wiping his nose with his hand and then rubbing it off on one of our shirts on the drying rack!
We had trialled them for a fortnightly clean at our place in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK. Initial communication with Oliver had been positive and we thought we’d found a new cleaning company to trust.
Everything seemed to have gone reasonably well until we reviewed the only CCTV that covers part of the inside of our house, the conservatory.
It was obvious that this male cleaner didn’t have any respect for the job he was doing, his employers, or us and our home.
On inspection after the clean, we found that the quality of cleaning was very poor with large areas left dusty, dirty or untidy.
When Oliver was shown the video he too was upset and apologetic and assured us that he would do the next clean and train somebody to ensure they matched his standards. This was, initially, reassuring. However, when we agreed to his proposal, but suggested that from a goodwill perspective he waive the costs of this trial clean, he then went silent and has refused to communicate since. We have given him ample opportunity to respond before reviewing this experience. He hasn’t.
This is what is very disappointing and has left a bitter taste.
On this evidence, we cannot recommend AP Clean Solutions who operate in Berkshire and Wiltshire in the UK.
