Subject: Data Removal Request and Account Closure

I am writing to formally request the permanent closure of my account and the removal of all my personal data from your database, in accordance with my right to erasure under data protection regulations. I only intended to make a one-off purchase and do not wish for my information to be stored long-term; additionally, I would strongly suggest implementing a guest checkout option in the future so that customers can complete a purchase without being forced to create an account. Please confirm once my data has been fully deleted.

AFTER THAT MONTH I ILL RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DATA PROTECTION

Ordering methelyne blue for private use from them. Really good experience so far.

Clearly states on their web page that "All distribution staff are ADR trained and we have qualified Sea and Air packers..."

Checkout allows you to choose your country for shipping estimates.

Then I get this email: "I am sorry to inform we have had to cancel and refund the order back to you as we do not ship internationally sorry."

Bullshitters.

Don’t deal with them

I ordered hydrogen peroxide, the parcel was without postal packaging and the bottle was leaking. Now they claim, "there is no suggestion on the tracking to state this is damaged." Now I have to contact the bank and demand a chargeback. Terrible service. Avoid them.

I have been dealing with apc for almost 5 years now and they are wonderful company who have given us a great service for many years the person I would really want to point out is a lady called Shakeela her service has been outstanding through out and every time I speak with her I feel very valued as a customer of APC I would like to say she is truly an asset to this organisation I have no problem recommending this company to other people in my business network and I would like to say keep up the great work shakeela and APC a lot of companies could learn a few things from how things are ran here. great work and thank you

I recently placed a small order and noticed that the VAT calculation at checkout didn’t add up. The subtotal of my items was £23.83, so 20% VAT should be £4.77 — yet I was charged £5.48. I politely contacted customer service to clarify, expecting at least a proper explanation or review.

Instead, I received a completely dismissive and frankly rude response (Shakeela)telling me their system is correct and that "no one else complained." No attempt was made to explain the numbers or acknowledge my concern — just a brush-off and an unprofessional tone.

It’s not just the incorrect VAT that’s the issue — it’s the attitude. If you're running an online business, at the very least, treat your customers with basic respect and courtesy. Telling someone essentially to "go away, you’re wrong" without even looking into the matter is unacceptable.
Wouldn’t recommend this company based on how they treat people. Plenty of other suppliers out there who know how to calculate VAT correctly — and talk to customers like humans.

Surprisingly pleased with the range of products - lots of interesting things I never knew I needed. Both price and service excellent.

I ordered a chemical that was regulated through Poisons Act 1972. Rightly, they put me through strict checks. However, as I honestly explained its use with some supporting documents, they were very understanding and the application was eventually approved. I am happy that they have this safety check process, and their ability to consider things case by case. All the way through, it was a pleasant experience.

Ordered some hydrogen peroxide to get rid of bugs in my plants and Ellen in customer service made this a fabulous experience, even with a slight hiccup which she sorted immediately. Thank you Ellen - I will definitely be coming back again!

First class office assistance and delivery on time.

Needed an order asap to run customer trials. Made order online and had good communications with Ellen in customer service to ensure delivery made it in time and trials could proceed. Would deal with again!

I have used this Company on several occasions, and always found them to be professional and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had an excellent buying experience recently. Used them in the past but never had to 'interact' before. My questions were answered swiftly and the potential issue resolved smoothly.

Quick delivery, good product, happy customer

Might as well be a scam - ridiculously unprofessional and non-functional service. I made an order for an urgent project, and paid extra for next day delivery, only to find for it to not be delivered and with no notice or communication from the company. I call them 3 days after it was originally due and they tell me one of the items (the cheapest on the order) isn't in stock so they're just holding the whole order for it - no communication or indication given. I explain that I need the order incredibly urgently so they say they'll dispatch it tomorrow (as they couldn't send that day as it was 30 minutes past the midday cut-off).

Two days later the order still hasn't arrived, so I call and they tell me 'oh so yeah one of the other items wasn't in stock either it turns out' so they're holding it again. And again... no indication or communication for the second time...

In short the company is a total shambles, zero stock management, and utterly unprofessional. I can't remember the last time I received such bad service from an online seller.

Do not order from this company unless you don't mind waiting for several weeks for your items to hopefully be in stock at the same time, and to be delivered whenever they fancy, and don't mind not receiving all your order.

They'll tell you 'oh well the terms and conditions state this' - what kind of company just has terrible service by default and then just uses the fact that it might be written somewhere deep in the t&cs as an excuse.

And this was after I paid significant extra for over night delivery!

They have the nerve to respond to this review by saying that they responded to my call by 'expediting the order' - whereas in fact they just said they could only send it out the next day (as per usual orders), and then actually DIDN'T send it out for another 2 days until I called them again to demand it AGAIN. And the nerve to say they kept me updated - when in fact there was no communication whatsoever.

Oh and to top it off, after finally receiving my order, I find they mis-packed the order and I'm missing 9 items...

What an utter ridiculous shambles...

I used the services of this company several times. Once I had to wait for them to get the right reagent. I was written about this in advance and warned about a possible delay, offering a refund of the invested funds. I preferred to wait and received my goods. In other cases, I received my order without delay. Communication is excellent. Delivery, packaging does not cause complaints. I highly recommend using it.

Order placed online, confirmations received throughout the process, and well packed delivery received very promptly 2 days later.
