I’d give one review 6 doors used there dry oil as they told me to ,to keep my guarantee to find rust on all the locks I used it on sent them photos said I’ve used it too often and too much! What a joke!!!!!

I would just like to thank you for the support and excellent service I received regarding the keys which had broken from the time I called the office on the 9th and explain the problems I was having with the keys with plastic tops had cracked and broken you solve this and replace with a set . I was updated through the process and very quick delivery excellent service throughout.

A measure of how good a company cares for its customers is when things go wrong and unfortunately they do. Had two keys that were cracked at the plastic replaced without charge and within days of e-mailing. Appreciate this level of care and this level of ensuring customer satisfaction. Many thanks

Worst keys ever every single one of them fails in regards to the blade coming out of the plastic top useless not just one of them all of them had more cut at Timpson’s even worse fell apart in three months

My experience with APECS has been extremely disappointing. I ordered two replacement keys, but the DPD courier delivered them to an address that wasn’t mine. This was a serious security breach that has left me and my family feeling unsafe in our own home.
APECS assured me that an “urgent investigation” had been launched, but after two months, there was still no resolution or meaningful update. Their eventual response was to send me two more keys “as a gesture of goodwill,” which completely failed to address the core issue, the fact that my original keys were delivered to someone else. I asked for a new lock to restore our security, but this was refused.
APECS in their response suggested that I should have had the keys delivered to a different address when ordering and said that this is recommended. However, this is not a satisfactory resolution, I’m also not sure exactly where these should have been delivered to with no family or close friends living nearby? The responsibility for secure delivery lies with the company, and this matter should have been resolved much more quickly and in a way that properly addressed the security risk they created.
The whole experience has been frustrating, time consuming and handled with very little empathy or urgency. I felt that APECS did not take my feedback on board, nor did they fully appreciate the seriousness of the situation or the distress it caused.
I would not recommend APECS based on how this issue was managed.
