Ordered a LG 55 inch TV thought it was a bargain how wrong was I !! Total scam paid with credit card so now got my money back. Thanks Nationwide BS.

Place order and paid a company kronifi. Receive an automated reply 1 minute apart for order received, payment receive, the order dispatch massive scam. Checked afterwards and no telephones for either the dispatch company. All correspondence was AI generated even though I checked all company names on companies house with the directors. These people should be prosecuted and prison. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me. £529.99 thankfully on credit card and they are now investigating this. Stay well away. Prior to this no reviews after I placed he order. Lesson learned.

I looked for reviews previously but nothing came up. I’ve only just found these.
I’ve lost £320.
No email confirmation. Money was taken by Kronifi ltd. No way to contact them. Telephone number does not work. Emails are fake. Live chat doesn’t work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Unfortunately used debit card and will not be seeing my money again.

Why this website has not been closed down is beyond me. Total scam. No goods arrived my payment was taken by another company called Kronifi Ltd. I also had ridiculous tracking messages saying that they had tried multiple times to deliver to me. Total lie because I WFH and deliveries were never attempted. Also impossible to contact these so called delivery people. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Tried to order goods but the online order process failed once payment details had been given. No order generated. No emails or contact from Apedirect. Payment taken for goods showed in my account two days later. Luckily used a credit card. Bank now disputing the transaction and have provisionally refunded me. Have sent daily emails to Apedirect for two weeks with no response. Addresses seem bogus and any chat lines and contact numbers are dead. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

This site appears to be completely bogus. The site chat was attentive and helpful prior to paying, then nothing, no speakers, no emails, no replies to queries. This is a fake site.

Scam website, avoid at all costs

The worst website don’t buy from them as they never send you your items nor do they receive your enquiries or emails I have had no response to my purchase or anything back from my emails I’m disgusted by this company do not buy from them save your money.

I used a debit card to make an order and my bank says they can’t refund me due to authorisation, I was scammed by this website using globaltrackforce as shipper… also fake, I have reported the website to the govt but is there anyway or anything that can be done because I’m willing to fight tooth and nail to get my money back!

I placed my order on 26th Feb, couldn't find any info out about apedirect.com either here, Reddit etc.

Decided it might be a scam, or maybe just new drop-shippers.

They use fake tracking through Global Track force. It posts fake updates, all with the same timestamp of 17:56.

I've now raised a complaint, but obviously I used a credit card, so will chargeback when they fail to reply.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE. The website looks legit and when accessing it there’s a padlock that comes up in the search bar implying it’s secure. However, do not purchase anything from there. It’s a scam, I never received my product nor any responses.

Scam website that looks very legit and specially when I was redirected to it from google search. Don't use. Nothing arrived after over a week.

I can confirm 100% a scam site.
Much like the other people on this forum report, I ordered a camera and processed my payment via credit card on their Tide platform payment gateway.
I received a receipt of payment from Tide, but no order confirmation from ApeDirect. After 48 hours of not receiving any order confirmation I emailed ApeDirect to chase the order confirmation and tracking number. They never responded. I sent them a further email saying if they do not respond in 24 hours I would report them as a fraudulaent merchant and initiate a CC dispute/chargeback, which I have now done. ApeDirect's live chat says it is "not currently working at the moment". AVOID

SCAM WEBSITE: I wish I checked trustpilot before i placed my order. Absolute livid, I realised they don't have any contact details and receipt is rubbish. Luckily I'm covered by my credit card.

States my package has been at the local delivery hub for 4 days now.
No response to emails from either ape or Global. Now like everyone else suspect a scam. Looking likely a charge back via CC will be needed. AVOID please.

Avoid this scam website at all costs. Ordered a camera off this website and still have not received it. Live chat seemed promising at first but no response to anything for the past 2 weeks, emails are clearly unmonitored. Tracking was completely fake, using a scam delivery company when they state they use legitimate couriers like Royal Mail, DHL etc on their website. I even had to beg them for a tracking number so I can keep an eye out on delivery (Globaltrackforce- another scam). They have several different addresses on their website, where I even contacted the business park they seemingly have an office at, they said they never even heard of the company. The mobile number on the website does not work and when I asked the agent on live chat, she said it just for legal purposes and the company doesn’t have an actual contact number. Weirdly enough I was granted a refund thankfully, the agent said they had the item in stock then didn’t and could not fulfil my order. Blessing in disguise I guess.

This is a complete scam website. Ordered an expensive oven and the website crashed as soon as the payment had gone through. Five days later and no one will respond via email, live chat or phone. Now taking the matter to trading standards and trying to get my money back. Avoid this scam company at all costs.
