Impressive and immediate responses from the Support Team. These people aren't only selling their products, they listen to their client's experiences in order to improve their already excellent range of speakers.

My product came faster than expected which is a plus, I made a 5.0 systems from my previous purchases and I am very pleased with this setup.

I have a pair of the original Verus Floorstanding speakers and a Verus Center Channel Speaker. I am still a little bitter about having to pay $40 for 4 pieces of foam port plugs.

The item was delivered fast and was well packaged.

Deidra made this the best experience. She was so knowledgable about the technical side of choosing speakers, enthusiastic about understand what we needed and helping us find the best match. She is a good teacher. We were impressed with the quality of the sound that came from these speakers and felt confident we were making the right choice when we took them home.

Built quality is great. The sound is awesome. I’m enjoying every minute a play this speakers. I used them for music and movies.

The personal conversation, understanding, service and generous solutions were exceptional and I wish literally every single other company in existence would behave like this!!!!

Several years ago I purchased a a 5 speaker system plus subwoofer from Aperion Audio and I am very disappointed in your customer support, which is none. I have sent several Emails to Aperion with NO result of any kind.

.....purchased wrong speaker,..issued credit ,plus gave discount toward the right speaker!....
