More orders, fewer missed calls — exactly what we needed

Apex Automate helped us sort out a huge issue: missed calls and slow replies during peak times. We’d lose orders because we simply couldn’t answer the phone fast enough.

Freddie set up an automated response system that follows up missed calls, handles basic enquiries, and guides customers to order/book without us having to chase. It’s made a noticeable difference — we’re picking up more orders and spending less time on admin.

Communication was excellent and the whole thing felt tailored to our business, not a generic template. Would recommend to any takeaway that gets busy and can’t be glued to the phone.

The Breakfast Bar & Cafe

çWe brought Apex Automate in because we were missing calls during busy periods and taking ages to reply to messages. Freddie set up an automated system that replies instantly, captures the customer’s details, answers the common questions, and pushes people toward booking/contacting us properly.

The biggest difference is speed — customers get a response straight away, even when we’re flat out behind the counter. It’s also made us look much more professional online and we’re wasting less time going back and forth.

Setup was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and any tweaks we asked for were done quickly. If you run a café and you’re juggling a million things at once, this is worth it.
