Very friendly efficient and professional service. Mike explains everything beforehand and really makes you feel at ease. It’s such a good service that he comes to your home too. All very professionally done and reassuring throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike who has helped me on 3 or 4 occasions over the years with ear wax removal.

Me and the wife tried everywhere to get an appointment for our ears this was the only place who could meet us within 24 hours and looking in my ears thinking it was wax and it needed to be syringed the girl said there's know need fir all that's wrong is your right ear retracted from the ear drum while we were there the lady check my partners ears she was also suffering for ear pain at the end I ask how much I owe her she said Notting we didn't have to syringed your ears what a nice surprise thank you very much Apex Hearing

Very welcoming greeting from DR Emran Noor. He explained procedure in detail and put my at ease quickly. I was expecting procedure to be a bit painful, however it was'nt. So relieved to have my hearing back and to feel normal again when speaking and listening to people. DR Noor very reasuring, would definitely recommend Apex hearingcare to friends and family and I would'nt hesitate to call for an appointment should I need one in the future. I have normally had my ears washed out at the doctors surgery but the nhs no longer do this.
I contacted mike after seeing his advert in the rochford magazine and he got back to me straight away.
I was booked in the following day and was put at ease from the moment he walked through the door. He is very knowledgeable due to being a Audiologist not just a wax removal person and gave me great advice regarding the health of my hearing. Many thanks mike!
