Apex Lab is a great and reliable company. It does a range of products.
My favourite are protein supplementation shakes. There are variety of tastes I like strawberry.
Since I started to used as Dr. Glapin recommends at least once in the morning I feel more energetic.
To have results you need to be dedicated to do for at least few months.
On top of that exercising is critical.

As of today, I don't think you can help. I am not sure what is going on, or what I am doing wrong, but I am gaining weight but not muscle mass. I try to eat right but instead of losing weight it is going in the wrong direction. I am 67 active, go to the gym work out but nothing. I started at 189lbs, and now ballooned to 207lbs. sure I got stronger but not like the add said. You know lean and muscles defined. I continue to drink the concoction maybe one day here it will kick in, but I won't hold my breath.

I use your product every day mixed with OWYN shakes. The.guys in the gym are asking what am I doing different to build muscle...The answer that I give is Apex Labs. I have tried the muscle defence and it is one of the best tasting proteins. Great value for the product buying all of these ingredients separately I don’t wanna be taking 5 things rather just use the apex protein.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I received a call from them at 10:30 pm which went to voice mail but no message. Then they call back another 3 times back to back to back i finally picked up the the 4th call.. this is harassment. Call once and leave a msg not 4 times in a row at 10:30 pm when my family is sleeping...do you really need a sale that bad..

I been using the Muscle Defense for over a month. I’m seeing some positive results, however, I’m concerned about the truth in the marketing. Side by side photos show a man with drastic weight loss, the foliage behind him unchanged. Nature doesn’t work that way. It’s clearly AI. Not sure I can trust the marketing content.

Waste of money. Did not see any improvements in anything at all. Even the placebo effect failed. Also, it doesn’t dissolve in water. It just clumps. Threw most of it in the trash.

Approximately 12 years ago I became disabled through a work related incident. I’ve always worked hard and played hard my entire life, and then through work related injuries i was instantly put on the sidelines forced to become a spectator instead of a participator, I was definitely what you call an outdoorsman hunting and fishing was my life. And then after years of being just a spectator it had definitely degraded my Health mentally and physically. Then just by luck I saw an Add for Apex labs Muscle Defense and even though I’m on a fixed income and the products are expensive I had to at least try them to know for sure if they worked. Wow it was definitely my light at the end of the tunnel I can honestly say that it’s one of the only products that I’ve ever tried in my lifetime that has worked as advertised. It lifted brain fog , And actually made me physically stronger and it enabled me to do things that I hadn’t been able to do in years, No I can’t Draw a 70 lb compound bow Deer hunting Or fish my local Bass tournaments. But muscle defense has made me more active it’s improve my mental health and has given me back some of the Physical strength of my youth. It’s well worth the cost.

Being older, I only workout 3 days a week with free weights. Therefore I only use APEX during those times. So my review may not be the most accurate assessment for this product. I am at least holding pat with the amount and repetitions while working out.

Muscle Defense Formula is pricy but definitely noticed an increase in overall strength. Also noticed some better muscle definition which was the most important thing that I was looking for. (Mainly Abs!). Vanilla flavor is the most valuable because it can be mixed with anything to change the flavor. Not a fan of chocolate and the cosmic candy flavor is just not anything that I would ever want to buy again.

I have been taking the muscle enhancement pills for about 6 months. I have noticed my ability to lift more weight has improved. I will continue to monitor.

Turning 60 this month and have always been an athlete - I believe muscle defense can keep me active and competitive. In short, keep me in the game!

Apex does many things for me. It enhances my ability to do long walks (10,000 steps). It keeps my energy levels up to complete weight lifting sessions and it even keeps me regular. At 65 I appreciate any edge a product can provide.
