Too expensive!!!!
I've been using Apexx for years and it's steadily gotten more and more expensive, ridiculously so. I used to get cupon codes emailed to me that at least got me free shipping, but those don't come any more. Returning, loyal customers should get a price break.

Hi, we can only control so much regarding our customers satisfaction. Such things as customer service and fast fulfillment we can and do deliver on. The medication prices are regulated by the manufacturers. Our margins are much lower than you would think. We recently conducted assessment of pricing nationally comparing with CVS and Walgreens and found that we are quite competitive with them. I see you are subscribed to our email promotions list. Perhaps they are routing to spam? But, for instance after our current promotional discount is applied, we are just about equal in price. Factor in the time it takes to go to your doctor, the co-pay, travel expenses, etc... you'll find we provide exceptional value.
