Shipping was very slow to actually get shipped. Then I see that it is shipping from Great Britain? The main reason I ordered from you guys was because I saw that you were based in Georgia and I thought me being in North Carolina that the shipping would be relatively fast. Might as well had just ordered from the UK website. As of now I have it as 3 stars

Hi Joel, we take all reviews and customer satisfaction very seriously as we are very small business trying to bring a new market to the US. As such you ordered on a Saturday and it shipped on the Tuesday.
We had to drop ship from the UK because we sold out of the stands. As such instead of canceling your order and giving you a refund we are eating the $150+ air freight and US duty costs to get it to you. Im sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly to you at the time of purchase and we take responsibility for that. I hope you enjoy using the stand.

Just ordered the Ascher 4” ddu from Apex Tech Racing Supply and couldn’t be happier. This thing is incredible. I originally ordered the 5” unit but EJ quickly let me know it was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund or to go with the 4” unit. After the transaction, EJ had the unit to me in 2 days! The box and dash arrived in Perfect Condition. I had some questions to get it up and running and EJ immediately helped me out. That’s great customer service. Because of EJ and Apex Tech, I can enjoy the dash over my Christmas vacation. The F64 V3 is next!

Customer Service 💯 Shipping 💯
I was looking for the Pro Switch Panel, which has been out-of-stock all over. I found ATRS, their website inventory showed one left, so I purchased it. Following my purchase, I noticed the inventory still showed one remaining, so I had assumed it was out-of-stock, and the website did not reflect that. I emailed support, EJ responded within minutes to confirm it was in-stock. I ordered on the 10/06, it was delivered via FedEx on 10/07, literally in my hands less than 24-hours after my purchase. Great customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again. 👌🏻

The problem is the shipping
The problem is the shipping. I was unaware that a signature was required so it wasn't delivered while I was out for dinner. The delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow and now I have to stay at home all day tomorrow waiting for Fed Ex which can be any time of the day.
Day later and I have received it. It would be great if I could have specified no signature required when ordering. However, the monitor mount I received is incredible: well packaged and complete. The product is so nice that I am raising my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Hi Michael, thank you for your business and we are sorry about the shipping issues. Many times they will leave a signature card that you can sign and then they will leave it when they come back. You can sometimes also call them and using the tracking number ask them to leave it at a FedEx kinkos or even pick it up from their sorting station. I’m sorry that shipping issues are out of our control and hope you get parts soon.
