Quick response and problem explained
I have had two issues I needed help with on Apex, and they responded both times super fast and fixed my problems right away. The first time, it was a site issue and they had it fixed right away, the second time, it was a “me” problem, but they thoroughly explained it to me. Being a new trader, I am still learning things so it means a lot when people are willing to go above and beyond to help. They have been absolutely incredible in helping and responding fast.
