Terrible Customer Support Service
I have been contacting Apex Trading regarding an email issue, and I have not received a response. Their suggestion keeps sending me their email portal that is NOT working. I have called and called and called, and their prompt sends me to their email portal that does not work or the prompt says they will return the call. I have not received any such call. I have several questions, but I can not get in contact with Apex Trading. Their support is abysmal.

Apex Will Payout But They Do Not Want Winners
Took a few payouts from Apex. They put me in a permanent account review. They are no longer answering my emails. Any content creator supporting them are all scammers. I have stopped supporting TBM.

THEY SCAMMED ME
I bought 3, $50k Intraday Trailing Accounts that had Zero Activation fees, and ended DAY 1 of having the account, $-183.10. On DAY 2, they listed all three accounts as BLOWN. When on their website it clearly states when getting the exact account I had, MAX drawdown is $2,000. This is complete robbery. They stole my money and lied about the draw down being $2,000 for my account.

Overall i would say you guys are pretty good, love the prices, love how you can connect to tradingview, easy to navigate. Only problem i have with you guys is(which im sure yall get alot) is how long the payout gets to us. Its been well over two weeks and still havent gotten my payout since yall approved it. If yall can fix this and get the payouts to our bank accounts within the week yall would be top tier.

Overall good firm
Overall very good firm, with fair rules. I get it’s a business, specific to trailing accounts need a better display of your actual trailing drawdown, not just left to figure out the trail for traders themselves. Also, the payout process, there isn’t much reaching out of updates regarding your payout until you actually receive withdrawal 10 business days after being approved.

It is impossible to contact you
It is impossible to contact you with my email. You contact me just to give me warnings but i can not contact you due to an issue you are having with some customer's email. When I contact you through other email you take a long time (weeks) and many times you can not answer me because it is not the mail you have.
Then, my summary is I don't like the new apex you are creating. not only because of the email issue but the new rules, rules changing, etc
