While they can take upwards of 4-10 days to release funds for an approved payout (vs. 1-2), the Apex 2.0 experience is certainly a cut above the original. Glad to have their accounts part of my prop trading arsenal.

Please stay away from Apex
Please stay away from Apex. I paid for an account, I tried 4 days to get access to it, the provided login details don't work. They refuse to solve the problem. They tell me every time it works, and everytime I'll send the screenshot proof that I can not login to Tradovate. They just want to take your money and don't even give you the chance of doing the challenge. BETTER STAY AWAY!!!!

My account (APEX-53915) has been flagged with a Compliance/Risk Department tag, which prevents me from purchasing new evaluation products. Since [20.02.2026], I have submitted three support requests without receiving a single response. For a company of this size, this kind of response time is unacceptable. I hope this review finally gets someone to look into my issue.

I am and have been for several years a "Prop Firm" junkie. I keep coming back to APEX because they keep improving, changing for the better. This is a tough business. Day Trading isn't easy. One of, if not the hardest endeavor I have challenged in my 80 years, and I am still on top of my game. The changes they have made in their "customer support" needed to happened and it has happened. I like that, because I did answers and I am a communicator.
