Ordered and paid in Feb .and email saying dispatched feb21..email in April saying not all in stock did I want part order .I said know and canx as lied saying sent in Feb...4 days later email saying being dispatched I said will refuse ...but was delivered so I sent back to the U.K. "returns address" on their parcel ( proof of posting and delivery confirmed ) they are refusing to give me refund unless I send the goods to Dubai at my own costs ...offered me $32 when I paid $82 ...they are crooks beware ! If I could minus stars I would !

If I could rate a zero I would have. The quality is very poor. The bags sent were dirty and used. The shipping took over 4 weeks. The customer service (there is none, no response and zero support).

Seriously, save your money and do not trust any site that sells on Facebook without full images of the product and model.

Absolutely terrible product and worse service!

Bought a top from this site. The item did not fit, despite following fit guidelines, and material was of poor quality. We were refused offer of returning the product for a refund. Following prolonged discussion we were forced to accept a refund of $11 which is pathetic in relation to an item which, including shipping, cost us $40. Showing contempt for the customer in our opinion.
