Customer service needs to be fixed. They do not know how to solve any actual problems if it exceeds user error your better off asking chat GPT or figuring it out on your own. They will run you in circles for months and still never fix anything.

Stay away! This company uses spam/scammer called woo messenger. If you make an inquiry you can count on being harassed incessantly for months. There are lots of reputable alternatives out there….

AP lazer was the best choice! I no longer have to say no I’m sorry I can’t do that when a customer brings me an odd or oversized job.

I have the 4024 100w model and the sky really is the limit with these open architecture AP Lazer machines. This machine has taken my business to the next level with everything that I can now offer and best of all I can make large items, My previous work area was much smaller and I was always facing limitations with what I can do and how big I can make it.

Nothing is impossible but the time saved by not having to piece projects together anymore because of the work area limitations has drastically reduced and saves me from tedious work. Also, the speed Ap Lazer can get the job done also saves time and it’s equaling much higher profits.

Cutting is a breeze and most importantly for me is the fine details in photographs these machines are fully capable of producing.

The products leaving my shop are top notch thanks to Ap Lazer! Don’t second guess your decision, the never ending search for the perfect machine ends with Ap Lazer.
