Sally will never use again, firstly when you use the Trust Pilot 4.6 star link on the site it wouldn't work?
As you can see here there not.

I wouldn't recommend them for Christmas delivery as it's taken a return and replacement which is also broken over 3 week period and I'm so fed up with them and the item works after repair so not wasting anymore of my life dealing with them.

FYI Appliances Direct, your first dehumidify was sold as refurbish which was incorrect, it's was used and placed in the box, bits also were missing, DPD had obviously let the box fall over in the van as the water left in the appliance had leak into the unit, the filter was filthy and machine was covered in dirt.
You collected it and said it was a good will gesture, well that wasn't honoured when it came to the refund you wanted to take £20 from me for it, you also said it was damaged on return which when it left me was ok as I have the photos to show.

The replacement arrived and all looked great till I opened the box which in fairness looked ok.
Initially looked ok, worked ok, then I noticed water on the floor, found water tray broken from top to bottom, then looking at the box found bits in the packaging, found the bace of the machine was also cracked which I believe is from being dropped from height.

I can't say it was down to you or DPD.

It works and I've glued tray up and will not waste any more of my life dealing with you to get an dehumidifier.

When I spoke to the agent to order my Elica venting hob I was given the impression that my purchase included everything needed to install and use my hob (which cost £1700) if I also purchased a £195 ‘venting conversion kit’, so I was shocked to find when the two boxes arrived that I there was no vent. When I called to query this the agent was very unhelpful and just kept repeating that I 'received what I paid for'. I got passed from Customer Service to Sales then to Technical Support and no one was very helpful. It transpired that I’m supposed to spend ANOTHER £300 for a piece of plastic vent in order to use the hob. I’ve been back on their website and this information is not clearly provided.
Fortunately my installer was able to make one for a lot less than £300 but it still cost extra time and money. I’m really disappointed with Appliances Direct and have purchased my other kitchen appliances elsewhere.

Amazing delivery service. The workers that delivered the appliances went above and beyond. We were blown away with how helpful and kind they both were. Made our day.

Bought a vanity unit in November 2022 and its already breaking up! Sent them pics but they refuse to do anything! You get emails and responses from two different companies and never know who you are dealing with.

Some time ago I bought Dehumidifier electriq from them. The device broke down after a few months of use. The display is broken. The device was replaced, but the same thing happened in the new one, the display broke. Unfortunately, this time there was no help, he even suggested that I should fix it myself. I was left with a non-working device. I do not recommend.
