Had the best experience with using APL…

Had the best experience with using APL media they are fast and efficient while ensuring they are doing the best for their clients. Lucian was extremely helpful and made sure I knew everything that was going on to make sure I could make the correct decision overall. I highly recommend using APL media as their customer service is hard to come by!

Whilst we haven't officially purchased…

Whilst we haven't officially purchased any advertising space, I found John Clarke to be very personal on the phone. As a Marketing Manager, I receive hundreds of sales calls, particularly for publications and advertisements but I felt warmed to John.

Working with John Clarke…

I have been working with John Clarke for quite sometime and it has been a great experience. We have gone back and forth on lot of deals but John made sure we have the best deal in place and have always worked his way through. It has been a very professional and smooth sailing work experience with John. We at Farringdon Pub are happy with the services offered.

Excellent example of how to work with businesses

I have many similar companies contact me with very little consideration of what my company does suggesting the worst options for advertising opportunities for our Luxury Hotel, which personally I find a waste of my time (and theirs to!) There's often little consideration of what publications may actually help our brand and instead I'm being sent options just for the sake of it, with then constant follow-ups, chasing me if I'm still interested. Every outreach is a chance to build a relationship with a client and that first email is so important.

I was really impressed with how John Clarke assisted me with what we were looking for and how timely and professional he was with the process. He provided all the information I needed and I felt he understood what we were looking for. He has been the only media advertising I have worked with so far, most likely due to his sense of understanding and clear communication and I look forward to our work together starting in September.

Tayla Moore contacted me with an offer…

Tayla Moore contacted me with an offer for advertorial, which initially I did not take on. When a space came avavilable last mniute she made a second offer and we negotiate a price within our budget. She was professional and friendly and we are grateful to have a New Year new you advertorial in the Guardian thanks to her.

Responsive Agent

I have booked advertorials in the past and you often feel like "a number" being sold something against your will. Tayla Moore made the experience really human. She was always there quick to respond whenever I had an issue. She made me feel very comfortable about the whole process indeed. I look forward to seeing my advert in the New year New You section in The Guardian.

Highly recommended

I recently worked with John Clarke of APL Media on an upcoming feature in a major newspaper. As a small buiness owner and this being my first experience in this arena I was understandly nervous about what I would need to do. I needn't have worried at all because throughout the experience John was incredibly courteous, professional and checked in with me at each stage of production to ensure things were going smoothly and that I was happy. I am very much looking forward to working with John and his team again in the future knowing that I will receive excellent service.
