The products are perfect! The delivery is very fast!

Beautiful product and good delivery service

I always get jewellery from apm. The jewellery is great, however delivery flexibility is very bad. Im here to purchase a birthday gift for my friend, and want it to deliver straight to her house on the exact date of her birthday, but apm does not offer this flexibility / option (to choose when you would like the package to be delivered like ounass for example). There is the fear of the jewellery piece going out of stock if i wait until her birthday week approaches, but if i order now and secure the piece it will deliver way before her birthday. 2/10 experience.

The ring was beautiful and the recipient loved it! Very reasonably priced for the quality. the design and style are very modern and on-trend. Shipping was fast. It was a perfect gift!

I had an excellent experience

Recently, I had a not very nice experience, which the APM team handled and resolved in a great way.

After escalation, the issue was resolved very professionally and a replacement was sent. I have now received the earrings and I’m very happy with them.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and own a lot of their jewellery, and I really like the quality. I’ve been wearing pieces for years with zero damage, so I definitely recommend them.

I’m glad to see that they ultimately made things right. Thank you for resolving this in a professional manner, especially Medhaa and Julie.

So right off the bat i immediately wanted a bracelet and just chose it, the woman sadly I couldn't get her name, however she didn't waste any time and showed me the bracelets and even recommended the best color on me, when i stood up to pay she sat me down, disappointed that i wasn't offered any of the yummy chocolates but overall everything was quick maybe because the place was quiet empty during the morning but i did come at different times and they would obviously show care to the guests! I recommend buying from here the jewelery is super cute and is at a good price.

The earring in the website is bigger than the reality

Everything is going easy and smooth starting from the site and ending by getting the package.
The letter included was written beautifully and the fact you get the package with delivery to your home is great
