I paid £150 for a notarised translation that I specifically needed for embassy use. In my request I clearly explained that my certificate already had an apostille and that I only needed a properly prepared notarised translation for the embassy.
However, the service I received did not meet these requirements. The translation was not prepared correctly for embassy submission. In addition, the document was never sent to me by courier as expected.
Because of this situation, I had to urgently find another translator in London and pay £120 to redo the translation properly.
Despite explaining the problem, no refund was offered. Instead, I only received replies claiming that the service had been completed, which is simply not true.
This caused me financial loss, stress, and wasted time. If the company was not familiar with embassy requirements, they should not have accepted the order and taken payment.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Very good experience in legalizing documents from multiple departments via London Apostille Services. Quick and efficient communication and quick results. I also cancelled some legalization midway for which I was quickly refunded the amount for those documents. I will use again when needed and definitely recommended their services

My wife and I hold English passports and were married in the UK, so we have a UK marriage certificate. We are now based in Dubai and recently purchased a villa in Greece that qualifies for a Golden Visa.
Our Greek lawyer required an apostilled marriage certificate, which must be processed in the UK. Initially, the thought of arranging this from overseas was daunting.
