Apostille Solutions Reviews

I needed an Apostille to my marriage certificate and did not have time to wait (up to 15 working days) for a direct application to the FCO, so I opted to use Apostille Solutions.
The instructions on how to apply were clear and correspondence during the process was regular and kept me informed as to progress.
I posted the documents to Apostille Services on Wednesday morning and received my certified / apostilled documents back on Saturday morning - 3 days for the entire process.
Definitely worth doing if a speedy turnaround is required.

Great service! They are very responsive to any queries and keep you in the loop with the progress of your application.

They were quick and efficient. Answered all of my questions. Decent pricing and a much more friendly website compared to others.

I had a urgent need and was treated with such respect and professionalism. Thank you AS. Completely dedicated service... you are completely listened too. Could not recommend service's of Apostille Solutions enough - brilliant !

Legalising documents can be confusing, but the team were really helpful and responsive. I had many questions, and they answered them all promptly and professionally, so that I felt comfortable before confirming my order. Much appreciated!

Impressed!! I’m based in Spain and needed an apostille for my British birth certificate. The team got it ready and sent in one day. Amina informed me of each phase my document was in and kept me up to speed. Many thanks for you help guys, thanks to you I will be able to get married in November :)

I’m one happy camper

Straightforward experience with professional service.

I needed same day FCO apostille for my document. Looked at a few providers and settled on Apostille Solutions - price was fair for same day £130. I handed in the document at their Millbank office at 11am and collected at 16:30. They even sent a scanned copy as back up.

Typed in the apostille number into verify service and it’s on there.

Very happy.

Excellent service from initial quotation through to delivered documents. Very responsive and kept me updated on progress at all stages.

Absolutely outstanding services, reasonable prices, quick postage, great communication. Definitely would recommend this company.

Not a great service, I would not recommend to use it if you urgently need your documents. I choose this service because they should legalise a document in 3-5 days. In my case it took more than 2 weeks. Moreover I was charged of an extra fee (approx 10 extra pounds) for a scan of the legalised document that I asked in my order but never received.

Amazing service. No fuss. I did not have to do any check-ins or follow ups. I posted the document and four days later received an email that the docs were posted. Delivered perfectly the day after.

My experience with Apostille Solutions has been simply outstanding. This is a company that truly understands the importance of clear, concise, and timely communication, which is a rare gem in today's world.

From my first interaction with them, their commitment to providing top-tier service was evident. They thoroughly explained the entire process of obtaining an apostille, patiently answering my plethora of questions. I must commend their staff, who not only displayed the utmost professionalism but also showed a high level of understanding and empathy.

One aspect that truly sets Apostille Solutions apart from other businesses is their exceptional communication. They kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I was never left in the dark about the status of my documents. Their emails were timely and detailed, providing me with all the information I needed and more. They also have a reliable phone line where their courteous staff are ready to provide real-time updates and answer any queries.

Had to get some documents apostille very quickly. I sent the documents Friday afternoon they were back with me Tuesday afternoon. Saved us thanks.

Great company! I ordered an express apostille service initially, but did not need it in the end. I spoke to the comany about it prior to sending them the document, and they issued me a full refund quickly. Thank you!

Would recommend, fast and responsive service
