To be Honest I must start by saying I just started Taking the medication today will see how well it works. However the process of obtaining it and the delivery was simple and the shipping was fast. I'm eager to see how the medication works and I would gladly write another review on that subject.

This process was much easier and more cost effective than setting up an appointment with a Derm via my insurance plan. I didn't have to pay for a Doctor's visit, but I received a Doctor's care. My shipment arrived early, and the team followed up with me right away.

The product is good, but the ordering process takes WAY too long. I requested a refill 9 days ago, and it's only now being prepared for shipment. They never respond to messages or emails. This is a horrible way to do business, so I am taking my business elsewhere. I hope they see this comment, along with others, about the slow processing times and the lack of response from their 'customer service' reps. This company needs to do better or they will lose business in the long run.

Super easy to create an account. Submit pictures and problem list and a few days later prescription was at my door!

Ordering was easy but I never received my order and haven’t been able to get them to respond to my emails, messages in the app, Facebook messenger or Instagram. I don’t care at this point if their product works their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

A little expensive but about the same as other prescription skincare and totally worth it, started it for acne but it has improved my skin texture and brightness so much, like no other otc products and retinoids I've tried, I've been using apostrophe for a year and it's probably saved me money from not buying a million products every month to find an acne solution.

Whatever they put in this bottle cleared my skin and help with texture so much. I feel confident in my skin now!

So far, the experience with Apostrophe has been excellent. The physician was friendly and reviewed my son's case much quicker than I could have asked for or expected. The cost was excellent and the Rx came in the mail very fast as well.

This was so easy to do. No need for an office visit. All online. Super convenient and fast. Very happy customer.

Apostrophe has helped me deal with my adult acne. From the beginning of the process to receiving the recommended treatment in the mail box, everything was seamless, well done, and much appreciated!

not upfront about the "monthly" subscription and prices. Charges you $20 and gives you the most generic formula which will eventually need re-adjesting after spending over $100 on 3 months supply. There are many other better alternatives in the current market that offers free trials. There's honestly zero reason to use this company. I would recommend curology, dermatica, or agency.

I just started my medications, but I had a great ordering experience. My doctor felt my acne wasn’t bad enough to get on medication, so I tried Apostrophe. The process was very quick and I’m very happy with what I was prescribed!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. An absolute shirt company that takes your personal information and then locks you out of your account. No phone number so you can contact their slow customer service, and the providers are terrible. If you email them they send an auto response that says they’ll reach out within 24-72 hours. A WHOLE WEEK is not 24-72 hours. They really need to reevaluate their business and the future because other reviews are pretty horrific.

Everything came quickly. Easy to use.

I wanted this to work and while I think it helped my skin. I had unwanted side effects with my period including bleeding between periods which is likely associated with the hormonal changes from spirit. Once I stopped taking it, everything went back to normal. Service is good and easy to use so if you know the medication works for you it’s a great option!

The televisit went great and the response time from the Dr. was prompt and overall I was grateful for the service and the price. The wait time for shipment was delayed (by high volume of customers, I good thing right?). But I was kept up to date and even given a $20 discount on my next order. 24 hrs in and I'm happy!

I love how you guys diagnosed me, through pictures, asked thorough questions and got my meds to me right away.
