Delivery was less than perfect, packaged had been opened prior to delivery. The UPS service is shocking not able to contact regarding the package, however the local company sub contracted to them were very helpful.

Never received my order
I ordered products about 4 months ago and never received anything.
After a couple of months they responded to my emails and explained there was a delay which was fair enough but since then I’ve still not received my order and they no longer respond to my emails

Very happy with quality and pricing of CBD oils!
We tried the 5% CBD for pets, for our dog on New Years Eve, where he usually gets anxious due to fireworks. He was really calm and even sleeping. We tried CBD oil from another brand last year, but those didn’t really show any effects. Therefore we can highly recommend the CBD Oil from Apoteum, great effect and also a decent price, compared to other brands!

Never received product. I had to contact Apoteum multiple times to get order to go through. Order shipped a month after the original order was placed. By that time, we were already on holiday and UPS was unable to deliver and returned the product to Apoteum.

I’ve reach out about 5 times with no response from customer service. Never received the product and can’t get in touch with them via chat or email. Really disappointed. Will try to claim my money back but sucks I even have to do that. Literally never have done that for a single company in my life. Would never recommend this company. Stay away
