& what was nice no money up front only when job was done .

SMEG Cooker -Authentic Professional Explanation and Solutions.We required help from APP Electrical…

We required help from APP Electrical Services .We needed a assessment on our SMEG cooker.
The cookers oven was not working and we had to switch the power off at source.
The assessment was arranged for the same day. The office staff and service engineer Chris were good communicators ,and the assessment was very thorough. A professional assessment that really explained all the potential solutions well.

Three months to break my Washer/Dryer :(

After three months APP left me with a Washer Dryer that was NOT working & classed as dangerous. Only issue was not tumble drying plus not taking in conditioner via draw. It took APP two months to get the parts before first engineers said they had ordered wrong parts. Another month goes by before a different engineer comes out to fix said problem. After 3hrs he claims that the parts where the wrong ones for the job and furthermore he now says the M/C is dangerous & not to be used.
After complaining to Smeg HO we now have a replacement M/C.
Why is Smeg using this 1Star contractor to repair there products.

Samsung warranty repair completed quickly and perfectly.

Samsung referred my repair to APP. I read the reviews and wondered what the experience would be like. I was invited to book a slot and took notice that not being there at my chosen time would incur charges. Booking was confirmed also with a warning that not being available when the engineer came would incur charges. I got a call 15 minutes before the appointment and the engineer arrived. Issue was diagnosed quickly and parts needing ordering (expected this as there are a million different appliances out there). New appointment time agreed before the engineer left.
Earlier than expected the office called me to advise parts were in and made an earlier appointment. I was given the same notices about being there for the engineer and also tracking information on the day too. Engineer called in advance again.
The machine needed stripping down for the repair, which was done professionally. The engineer then cleared up all mess before he left. The machine now runs like new. Brilliant.

Highly recommended

Hi All, I don't normally leave reviews, APP Electrical Services, were so professional from start to finish, they contacted me, a few days before hand, to arrange for engineer to visit, and ensured all is covid safe, not only for enginee, but everyone, I was so worried as my perents are well into 80's. on the arrival day they phoned to confirm all is OK to go ahead, the engineer Daniel was first class, the job was completed within the stated time period to a high standard, I would recommend APP Electrical Services 100% and definitely will use them in the future, Thank You

Rip off company

Rip off company. They charge you £99 before they even turn up. When they decided they couldn't fix it, they still expected me to to stand the £99. I made two calls to their management to argue that, and the calls cost me £8.22 as they uses a Premium 0870 number. Simply disgusting. That left a really bitter taste. I would never use these scammers again.

Very poor service washing machine broke…

Very poor service washing machine broke its been over 2 weeks and still not repaired or have any idea when it will be. I have called repair Company APP Electrical numerous times they don't answer. probably better to call another electrician myself who would have probably fixed it within a Day

Smeg Hob Repair

Our experience with App Electrical Services was a very good one. The charges were made totally clear by the telephone contact staff, the engineer who completed the site visit was very open and well informed and suggested the best way to move forward with the repair. We were kept informed throughout by the polite and courteous office staff regarding the supply of the repair parts required, and the repair was completed earlier than expected.
A really good professional service with no hidden extras and a communicative office staff who kept us fully informed of what to expect and when.

Please do not use them

Please do not use them! Recommended by Smeg and they’ve broken our 3 year old fridge freezer. Fridge working perfectly fine, freezer not quite getting down to minus 18 but was freezing and was at minus 16. Guy comes, 2 minutes looking at fridge, 10 mins on his phone to his boss and comes back to say the whole unit has had it and can’t be repaired. Strange as it’s actually working just not cooling quite enough in the freezer. He leaves and the fridge and feeezer no longer work at all, won’t cool at all. So we’ve gone from a perfectly working fridge and a slightly not cold enough freezer to one that doesn’t work at all and they’ve charged us £99 for this. Never leave reviews but I’m so angry about the state of the fridge they’ve left it in, we’ve now got to fork out over £1500 for a new fridge that was working before they arrived! Please do not use and find another repairer.

NO REPAIR, just excuses!

Apparently, if the temperature of kitchen is preventing my fridge from working! Working on behalf of smeg, but when he phoned them they knew nothing about his visit! Took the temperature in my fridge and left! Not fixing it. 10 celsius in a fridge is normal?

APP called today to repair my Samsung…

APP called today to repair my Samsung washing machine. After waiting 6 days for an appointment, and waiting in all day an engineer finally arrived. Took him 10 minutes to diagnose the heating element had burned out after just 18 months.!!!
He said he had most parts on his van except this one which would have to be ordered. Then things went from bad to even worse when he informed me that it would be 15...yes...15 DAYS
for another appointment due to them being very busy because they are short staffed and are finding it difficult to recruit people.....
I wonder why ??? He then said it was only a ten minute job to fit the part. Not much consolation for being without a washing machine for 3 weeks !!!!!
Would NEVER buy Samsung
products again and would not touch APP with a bargepole if l was paying, but had no choice as still under warranty.
These two companies were obviously made for each other...crap manufacturer, and even crapper contractor
both with appalling cutomer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came to repair my BEKO induction hob

Came to repair my BEKO induction hob. Very young lad called Chris attended and walked straight in and got mud on my carpet. Looked at hob and said it needs a new part and left (didn’t test it or take it apart). 3 weeks later (and lots of phone calls, he re-attended with the part. Fitted and left. At no time did he carry out any electrical safety tests. 8 weeks later the hob blew again. This time a lovely guy who was actually from BEKO attended. He took the job apart and found previous chap had A: not tightened up some terminals and they had arced and B: left the cooling fan disconnected! He repaired it there and then and it has been excellent ever since. Do not let APP near your appliances.

Totally dishonest company .This Company…

Totally dishonest company .This Company tells the customer one thing and the manufacturer (Samsung) APP informed us after testing our oven that it was faulty He even stated that it may have been a Friday afternoon job After 40 mins the oven could not reach the required temperature He informed us he would inform Samsung and they would be in contact No contact was made by either Samsung or APP So we contacted Samsung who informed us that APP stated the oven was fine Samsung have refused to repair the oven due to APP report.When APP were contacted they were rude and would not listen to our query and put the phone down A company that Samsung I believe should not use as they I believe are not capable of upholding their reputation An awfull Company would never use again

Terrible, unhelpful & dishonest company!!

Samsung sent an engineer to look at our new oven. It is not cooking at the correct temperature. Chris, the engineer used a devise to check the temperature inside the oven. The oven never got to the correct temperature even after 30 to 40 minutes. Chris told us the Samsung Dual Cook ovens often has this kind of problem and there is nothing that he could do about this. He said the oven was taking a very long time to heat up so was probably a "Friday afternoon oven" and maybe did not have enough insulation or something. He said that the thermostat being at the back top of the oven is part of the problem and that he would recommend to Samsung that a new oven be fitted. On contacting Samsung I was told the engineers report did not recommend a new oven so I called APP who were the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with!!!! The eng had apparently reported to Samsung that the oven was fine. The operator hung up the phone when qustioned why we had been told different to Samsung!!

Poor with no help if they mess up

One of the most used household appliances is the washing machine. It takes a week for these to come and diagnose a fault and further week to fix it. Then in my case an additional week if there are van problems. Why not leave a few gaps in the following days to allow for a shorter delay when it's not the customer's fault or have a back up van in case of stuff like that? It's not reflecting well on Samsung in my opinion. I will email them about my experience and urge them to use a different contractor who can look after customers better.
