Banned without warning or explanation

I had a very disappointing experience with FameSwap.
I was using the platform normally, browsing listings, communicating with sellers and asking questions about YouTube channels before making a purchase. I was specifically trying to verify monetization, channel history and the risks involved before spending money.
Suddenly, when I tried to log in, my account simply displayed “You are banned.”
No warning. No email explaining what I supposedly did wrong. No reference to a specific message or rule violation. No explanation at all.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I was actively considering purchases and using the platform exactly because FameSwap presents itself as a safer marketplace for social media transactions.
If a platform is willing to permanently restrict a customer’s account, the minimum I would expect is transparency: tell the user what rule was violated, provide the evidence, and offer a clear appeal process.
Instead, I was left with a one-line ban message and no explanation.
I have contacted support and I am waiting to see whether they can provide a legitimate reason and manually review the decision. If they resolve the issue fairly, I will update this review accordingly.
Until then, my experience has been extremely poor and I would advise buyers to be cautious before investing significant money through the platform.
