total rubbish. just like others I tried to cancel my free trial, was charged anyway so went ahead with a month: it's just bots and fake accounts that "like" and "follow" your page and then gradually disappear from the platform.

Total Fraude. They use ilegaly our credit card even if you cancel. Never refund. I canceled in the website and by email. Should be INVESTIGATED. SCAM.

SCAM!! Did the free trial and then cancelled later that day. My account says no active subscription, does not show my card for payment or any invoices. Yet today I was charged $99c still no subscription and no invoice and not a single email. Luckily bank caught it as fraud and my card is now closed.

They charged for the full month even though I cancelled before the trial was over. I immediately was not satisfied so cancelled the next day. They will not provide confirmation of my cancellation, nor did they send an email confirming it. Customer service is rude and not helpful. Also, the app does not work, issues with getting the links to work. Said the plan included three free spins and it will not allow me to take advantage of the spins, steer clear, I do not recommend!

Scam company, I was lucky that I did Apple Pay on the day I signed for the 7 days trial. Apple Pay showed up of 0 dollars so I agreed to do it. However I didn’t know they were collecting this information I keep it for the future scam.
They tried to get $99 US dollars today. Luckily I didn’t have enough money so the transaction was declined. I call the bank and cancel the card. Hope you can have the same luck and didn’t shared your bsb and acc details

The company charged my card today, but I already canceled the trial days ago, no subscription is active but payment occurred on my card.

Still no answer from the support team, will see if they answer me and offer me a solution because currently it's definitely a big issue.

I signed up for a free trial and canceled days in advance. They charged me anyway. After winning my CC dispute, they are continuing to charge my CC monthly and I can no longer log in to my account.

Followers.com is a scam - do not use them!

They illegally took my money after a free trial, during which I had cancelled.

They are now refusing to give a refund.

They will send you an email inviting you to go to followers.com, where you will see your own brand and it looks impressive.

However this is a trick - do not open it and do not respond. I wish I hadn't.

Scam. Will bill you but won't send receipts or stop billing you even if you have it turned off. Their website is not set up so you can't cancel your account or delete your cc info or anything. The followers are mostly forgein ladies that definitely didn't not sign up as a follower due to my content. Complete scam.

This website, followers.com is a total scam. They reel you in with a 7 day free trial with $25 being charged “weekly” only to find out that on the 8th day they charge you $100 from the get go. And the second you decide to cancel they stopped their services immediately and keep your payment. I’m currently disputing these charges because this is illegal and have had a hard time getting anyone in customer service to be helpful. All they say is, “our policy” and try to hide over that ridiculous technicality. So my advice, do not use this service. It’s a scam.
