14 frustrating days
After 14 frustrating days and three separate support cases, my issue with OKX was finally resolved. The initial support I received was unhelpful and lacked a basic understanding of the problem. Support agents couldn't answer my questions, and they took actions that were unnecessary and unrequested. It was clear that their knowledge base was limited, and their priority seemed to be closing tickets rather than finding a solution.
My experience changed completely when Gabriel got involved. His professionalism and diligence were a welcome contrast. Gabriel was the first person to truly investigate the problem, which he discovered was a backend issue preventing me from seeing my earnings. I'm incredibly grateful for his help. Not only did he resolve the issue, but I was also compensated for the stress and lack of support I experienced.
OKX is an excellent exchange, but their support leaves a lot to be desired.

I really love the OKX platform
