I used Simplified for only one month…

I used Simplified for only one month and did not agree to any automatic renewal. However, they charged me again $29 on October 24, 2025, without my permission.
This is unacceptable — there was no clear warning or confirmation before the payment.

I have already contacted their support asking for a refund, but this experience really disappointed me.
Be careful if you subscribe — they automatically renew and charge you even if you don’t want to continue.
