Skiff is shutting down! I paid subscriptions but too late. Shame! Shame!

I've been using it for a day, I know it's not enough to qualify, but so far I'm satisfied with what they offered. I already sent them a bug report and they responded. I am completely satisfied so far. Thanks Skiff!

Skiff is an upcoming privacy service provider. I've been using their mail for over 9+ Months, and my experience has been nothing but great.

They update their services with requested features at amazing speeds, bugs are fixed quickly, and the prices are nothing but amazingly priced.

They have free plans that are cheap etc, Skiff will be a big hitter come 2024.

Thanks for the amazing service, can't wait to spend more years with you.

They do not reply! I was on a Business plan! It's been more then 2 days now. Still got no reply. Do not use this. Skiff, useless e-mail service I ever seen. Still got no reply, I will update this review, soon.

Use Proton Mail. It's the best. Response on-time!

The email service greatly improved by adding the possibility to have multiple accounts.

Skiff still lacks a lot of features though, like a proper right click menu on the desktop app, a proper spam filter that learns from its mistakes, and a warning popup when clicking links.

I’ve only been using Skiff for a couple of weeks but so far it’s been pretty good.

Skiff decided to downgrade my email account without giving me any sort of notification. They did this even though I had more than enough credits to cover the cost of my monthly plan. The only reason I found out my account had been downgraded was because I tried to send an email and was unable to. I was waiting to receive a job offer all day and now I have no idea what will happen to the emails that were sent to me after my account was downgraded. It is incomprehensible how a "tech" company either was unaware of simply didn't care how many problems could be caused by simply disabling a customer's account without telling them. Words do not adequately express how unbelievably angry I am. If this is the kind of service you want from your email provider, then by all means, sign up for Skiff, which is clearly staffed by a group of incredibly incompetent people.
