The customer service was absolutely first class...Just needed a couple of tweeks which were done immediately after I sent an email. The birthday song was wonderful and my wife thought it was amazing ...I can highly recommend these guys as I thought they were amazing.

My daughter Grace graduated yesterday and we have had a rollercoaster time of emotions with her grandma in palliative care. Grace went to see her grandma in her cap and gown and we pushed her bed to the garden and I played the song. Everyone was in tears, and grace turned to me and said that was the best thing I had ever done for her. So thank you so much.

The lyrics and melody are beautiful. But, I had some questions, emailed the company numerous times, and the email came back undeliverable. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

The song was on point. Unbelievably truthful in ways that weren’t expressed to them but they read between the lines. He loved it and quite frankly so did I. I even made a second song for my daughter which was excellent! I’ll be coming back

I liked some of the lyrics, but some were off subject, the cast i cant edit more to approve an still pay that amount, I don’t think I would try again, although I would like to try again… but at the price I wasn’t 100% satisfied and was left with no other option

The song for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday was beautiful! Her birthday was Monday - for once I was early (lol) and I played that song right up until I sent it to her! She loved it!

I was promised a refund 11 emails later I being ignored sometimes emails bounce back other times I get an automated email I’m tired of it

Not happy with the song and it showed corrections had been made but song was never corrected. Now I can’t get a response from anyone with help on how to correct. Time was of the essence and needed it for a special moment. Not sure at this time of if I would recommend using this service.

Through 4 edits from pronunciation and later on the need for the tempo change, they were communicative, friendly, caring and focused on one thing- my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them and for the money, you cannot beat a more unique and personal gift.

I think there was something with the website it kept glitching or maybe it was my phone unsure. It was supposed to be a female voice, and it came out as a male voice, which sounded funny because it was for male. I love the lyrics and I really couldn’t change much because they said it could change the words, but I ended up not really caring for this song but like I said, the lyrics were great. The music just didn’t go with it.

They don't respond to you back, i paid twice and i requested for a refund of one of the money with proof over a month now since a week before father's day and have sent them more than 18 emails and they only respond once which was the 5th email and even since then no response just feel scam bad communication ,can't advice anyone to do business with a team without customer service thank you.
