I passed a one-step 5k challenge(Pay after Pass) with account number 889223920, Thereafter I paid the required sum of $68.01 to be funded for proper trading.
My issues with xpips.com started after I made that payment on the 21st of January 2026, I was advised to submit a KYC document for verification after which I will sign their contract and get funded to trade. I was still trying to get back home to access my physical ID document needed for KYC verification when Xpips updated my profile to "KYC ALREADY UPLOADED" as well as "KYC DOCUMENT PENDING IN REVIEW"
I have spent the last two weeks explaining to Xpips agents that I have not even uploaded any KYC document on their website to warrant the above status updated to my profile all to no avail. They claim the issue is with their 3rd party KYC company and promised it will be resolved the next day and the next day and next NY session....all empty promises.
They will not fund me to trade after passing their challenge, they will not refund my money since they have refused to give me a chance to do KYC/ provide me a funded account. They have even gone ahead to disable the chat option from my profile so that I will not be able to chat up their online agents who have all ran out of excuses and lies.
If this is not blatant fraud then I don't know what it is.
Avoid app.Xpips.com by all means for your mental health
I'm writing this review to warn other traders about a serious system error that cost me a profitable funded account, and XPIPS's complete refusal to correct their mistake.
What Happened:
I successfully passed both Phase 1 (Account #680958897) and Phase 2 (Account #680959049) of the 2-Step challenge program. I was then given a $100,000 funded account which I grew to $111,580 - an $11,580 profit.
Despite being highly profitable, my account was suddenly breached for "violating trailing drawdown."
The Problem:
XPIPS applied TRAILING DRAWDOWN rules to my 2-STEP account. According to their own published "Maximum Drawdown Rules" page:
2-Step accounts use STATIC drawdown at 10% ($90,000 breach on $100,000)
Trailing drawdown ONLY applies to Instant Funded accounts
This is clearly documented on their website.
The Numbers:
With CORRECT static drawdown rules for 2-Step accounts:
My balance: $111,580
Unrealized PnL: -$3,000
Current equity: $108,580
Static breach threshold: $90,000
Distance from breach: $18,580 ABOVE the limit
I was NOWHERE NEAR breaching under the correct rules for my account type.
Their Breach Calculation (WRONG):
Their system incorrectly applied trailing drawdown:
Peak equity: $101,992.04
Trailing limit: $98,992.04
My equity: $98,893.74
Breached by: $98.30
The Response:
I've been fighting this for over a week. I sent multiple emails with:
Screenshots proving I have a 2-Step account
Screenshots of their own rules page showing 2-Step uses static, not trailing
Clear mathematical proof I didn't breach under correct rules
Their "Lead Support" Raymond responded: "This drawdown is applied" - completely ignoring that the WRONG drawdown type was applied to my account.
When I asked WHY trailing drawdown was applied to a 2-Step account when their rules clearly state it's "Instant Only," they just repeated "we already explained" and "this drawdown is applied."
No Resolution:
Despite providing irrefutable evidence that their system applied the wrong product rules to my account, XPIPS refuses to:
Acknowledge the error
Explain why 2-Step accounts are using Instant Funded rules
Reinstate my account with correct settings
Provide any refund
The Real Issue:
This isn't about interpretation or a "close call" breach. This is about XPIPS's system applying completely different product rules than what I purchased and passed. I paid for and completed a 2-Step challenge, but my funded account was held to Instant Funded standards.
Either this is:
A critical system bug affecting multiple traders
Intentional application of stricter rules to avoid payouts
Bait-and-switch advertising
Warning to Other Traders:
Check which drawdown rules are actually being applied to your funded account
Screenshot everything - your account type, rules pages, and statistics
Be aware that XPIPS may apply different rules than advertised
Their support will not help even with clear evidence of errors
I successfully passed two challenge phases, grew a funded account by over 11%, and lost everything due to a system error they refuse to fix.
Save your money and go with a more reputable prop firm.
