So, I needed to appeal a PCN as my car had died in a car park, went through the process and was surprised at the need to pay a fee of 3.99 for the privilege of an appeal. I was wound up so proceeded. My appeal was later refused. Whatever, but to my horror, my card has been used halfway across the world! Either a scam or unsecure site. Avoid at all costs and appeal directly with the parking operator...

I can honestly say that this is not a scam.If you follow the guidelines you’re sent with the letter it’s a genuine service. I used this service and I had my PCN parking fine annulled due to the proof and the way the letter was written.Infact I have just paid for another service from appealapcn.com for another PCN I received and I am positive that it will be successful. I highly recommend this service.In my experience I found it very helpful and simple to use.
This is a scam. I’ve reported the website to gov.uk as a scam site. I put my info in and then clicked back as something didn’t seem right - the money was still taken from my account when I didn’t click submit. It creates an AI generated letter. This is not the official website to appeal a PCN which is free.
Our appeal has been totally ignored. Have now received a fine for the full £90.

All I can say is it was a good AI letter and no feedback till now, I had to pay.
They're AI generated a letter that saw my parking charge overturned (for a small fee). Worth stressing it isn't the site you go to to appeal your charge, but they did help with my successful appeal.

Using a third party to process tickets not providing direct contact details for the parking authority is utterly time wasting and quite frankly ridiculous. Utter rubbish and provides no value whatsoever

Felt like a con! All this service did was draft a letter, they did not start the appeals process for the parking fine even though they suggested that they did. Paid money for nothing!

Awful rip off. I typed in appealapn.co.uk thought I was on the correct site typed what I had to then got charged £3.99. Then saw it was not the website I had typed in. This is a scam and unacceptable as I have now had to appeal the correct way ensuring the .com did not take over the .co.uk. And it was free!!!!!!
