There is no explanation about App and…

There is no explanation about App and difficult to contact. I am uncomfortable and upset because I was charged twice. First one I bought the Eva app program for 3month but the second one I dont understand. I want to know why these amounts were charged.

Your vocab will blow up

EWA has been a great and enjoyable tool to get me engaged in Spanish. I look forward to doing it every day. The stories are great, simplified to an appropriate level, while still engaging. My vocabulary has blown up.

Day 29 of using the app and it is great. There is an edge of competition with promotions decided by your position in the league.
Easy to use, start and finish where and when you want.O overall a good app for me. Would definitely recommend it.

App won't accept my language settings

Went through the whole questionnaire and said my native language is English and wanted to learn Italian and my level is already Intermediate. After I paid for a year and downloaded the App, all I get is the App on my smart phone writing to me in German (I live in Germany but my language is English) and automatically enrolling me in an English course, with no option to change the language. On my PC I do have Italian on the Ewa website, but it is Italian for complete beginners and I can't find any way to change the settings, either on the App or on my PC. I wanted to try the App for 14 days but am about ready to cancel after just 15 minutes.

In the translation part

In the translation part, I would recommend that when we are talking about of a phrasal verb is better to have the meaning of the phrasal verb instead to have the translation word by word in that way doesn’t make sense the translation

My Ava software has run into a problem…

My Ava software has run into a problem and has reset back to the first lessons, even though I had already completed many of the courses. This has taken away my motivation, because I don’t have the patience to go through the same lessons again.
