I personally have only had amazing…

I personally have only had amazing experiences with this company. They deliver on weekends and deliver very very fast based on my experiences. I had a package go from the USA shipped to Canada in less then 2 days. Personally, I actually think this is a better company then UPS.

Untrustworthy

Package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. No updates for four days. Cannot reach anyone in customer service for days, on hold for hours at a time. Seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences. Unreliable and unprofessional company. Surprised that Indigo/Chapters would use such a shady service.

I am writing to share my extreme…

I am writing to share my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Apple Express, and their partner Landmark Global. I have had nothing but issues with the delivery of my package, which they have essentially held hostage.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I have been given no solution for picking up my package. In fact, I even went to their warehouse and witnessed poor handling practices, with packages being mishandled, dropped off skids, and rolled over by pallet jacks. However, when I requested my package, they refused to give it to me and insisted it had to be delivered, even though no delivery had been made.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability from both Apple Express and Landmark Global. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with caution.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. They deliver after hours with no phone call even though an after hours number was provided. They return product after only one attempt to deliver. They lose large packages in their warehouse and blame the originating company.
DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT

Customer service excellence.

We missed the delivery that a regular courier driver brought to our address. I phoned the local office in Edmonton and explained my concerns to Sewar A. from the administrative staff. She went out of her way, in a snowstorm, to deliver the package personally the next day. She is very professional and knowledgable and a complete customer service expert. Thank you, Sewar!

Worst courier company in Vancouver!

Worst courier company in Vancouver!! Quite possibly the worst courier service in Canada. If you are thinking of using them do yourself a favor and DON'T!! If you find the company you order from uses them, boycott them!
