Bought an "in-stock and ready to ship"…

Bought an "in-stock and ready to ship" kitchen package from this company. Before ordering, I called to make sure everything was available, as we designed the whole kitchen around these appliances.
It was confirmed both by phone and in writing that all items were available and would be delivered at my convenience.
Well, it has now been ten weeks and not only has the oven not been shipped, but they can't even provide an estimated shipping date. It could be another week or ten months, or more. They don't know and truly seem not to care. Customer service has been abysmal and extremely defensive.
They also botched the delivery for the rest of the items. At the time of the order, they promised they could hold them until I let them know the kitchen was ready to receive them; they did not do this either, they just sent everything whenever they wanted and never checked with me.
Funny thing is that even though their customer service is telling me they have no idea of when the oven will be ready to ship, if you go today on their website, you can that same exact oven shows as being "Available" and shipping in two weeks. Beware of doing business with them, unless you don't care when you will receive your purchases.

I received a damaged dishwasher

I received a damaged dishwasher. There was some confusion as to replacement of damaged part or total exchange. After many emails, Latoya Johnson got it all straightened out! She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Employees like Latoya are what makes companies successful and customers happy!

Our representative

Our representative - Ruzick - is one of the best service persons we have ever experienced recently. He did not hesitate to make us feel comfortable and understood- with questions we had. And when needed, he conferred, he conferred with his superviso r for further guidance!!
NOW...THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT --- AND SHOULD ALWAYS BE !!
