Best price on the Internet! Many companies carried this part, but Appliance parts 4 all had the best Price, shipping was incredibly fast, and a representative called me prior to shipping to verify the difference between shipping/billing address. Much appreciated! This is the only site I will use for parts from now on.

Do yourself a favor, please avoid this vendor, Sent a damaged part. Very hard to get your money pack. Customer service uses fraudulent tack ticks to delay or respond to refund requests.

The return process is deliberately complex and time-consuming.

A $33 purchase required extensive back-and-forth communication, including more than 10 emails and multiple photo submissions, simply to receive a return authorization. The time investment alone exceeded two hours.

Additional fees and return shipping costs further diminish the overall experience.

This level of friction is not consistent with a professional or customer-oriented business. I would advise considering alternative vendors.

The website explained that the oem replacement part number was replaced with the part number in their description of the part. I ordered the lower dishwasher rack along with the upper rack. the upper rack fit, the lower rack was smaller than the track in the dishwasher and fell out off track. After an arduous set of conversations and emails with their customer service he told that I should sell on E-Bay instead of returning it because the shipping would be more than the shipping return charges. This is wrong but because they false advertised i felt they should pay for the shipping return. Regardless i was able to acquire and RMA from them and shipped back at my own cost of 54.00. After they received it I got an email from them saying they denied the return for damage but sent me pictures from a different customer. They sent me a picture of my label and then a picture of a close up of a broken wheel. No picture of a broken shipping box and told me to go after the carrier for a refund. Their product was not used by me, I tried it and put back in the bubble wrap, and back in the same box shipped to me. I believe they are committing fraud on my return and have not given me any other path to collect my refund. they are keeping the part i shipped back.

Online ordering was easy and expected delivery was 2-5 days. It has been two weeks and still no part. They failed to indicate it was a backordered part.

Ordered this turntable motor online and it arrived quickly, well-packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was simple and the plate is spinning smoothly again. Fits perfectly genuine GE quality. My microwave is working like new.

Customer service is really good. They are quick to respond and help with order issues. Our order was damaged upon delivery and the helped quickly send another order out. Also was very helpful with getting shipment information and tracking when it wasn't updated timely.

Fast, accurate and above all Reasonable! I searched for a part for my upright freezer. Part 297309000 Frigidaire Evaporator Fan Motor with Wire Harness. While many others offered non factory replacements "Appliance Parts 4 all" offered the Factory Original at a very good price. I admit I was price shopping but I did not want to get a Generic fan motor to save 25 dollars, given all the bad reviews on the Generic motors. Other parts sellers that offered the original part where close to Twice the price. The shipping was very fast and they kept me updated as to when it would arrive. You can not do better than buying from Appliance Parts 4 all.

I ordered a bottom rack for our dishwasher for a total of $120. When it came I realized I ordered the wrong part. It is very hard to figure out what part you need because it is a replacement part and their web site provides no detail or specs. Beware - they will not help you ship anything back. The cheapest shipping I found was - $120! I tried every shipping method available, even checking freight (they would not take it due to the size and weight requirements for freight). FedEx suggested the company issue me a shipping label, which I would have been happy to pay for. But they won't do it. Their suggestion is for me to try and sell it on eBay. Sadly I have already spent way too much of my time hauling the huge box all over town so it is going to the dump. I like to support smaller businesses but I'd suggest you your parts on Amazon. I certainly will from now on. At least they will pay for return shipping. I give it two stars because the part came quickly. Just make sure you call them to order anything and don't expect to have to return it.

I placed my order on the 12 of January and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. I was so amazed at how quickly it arrived. I received courteous help when I called to place my order and ask questions. I ended up placing the order myself online. I have no issues with this company. Because Of my positive experience I would recommend them. Also, what drew me to them was that they had the part for $20.00 less than other sites I visited. I have no negative experience. I'll NEVER do business with them again. It cost me $75 in restocking & return shipping fees to return a mistakenly ordered $175 part. The Return Authorization process required photos of the uninstalled part, photos of the shipping label addressed to me on the box used to ship the part to me, return shipping in that original box AND a reminder to them that I fulfilled all of their numerous Return Requirements & I was eligible for what net refund they were willing to share. That type of return experience isn't what ecommerce was built on.

Terrible company first they sent me an oven burner instead of a refrigerator drawer, then I have to wait another month only to receive the wrong drawer, I sent it back having to pay $50 for shipping and I still don’t have my refund the business is a complete scam! Stay away from this company.
