Paul came round swiftly following my message the previous evening. He diagnosed and advised on the repair and then promptly ordered and repaired the appliance.

At all times Paul showed knowledge and gave information about the process and pricing.

I thought after a washable rug totally disintegrated in our washing machine, it would mean purchasing a new one but we called out Paul from Appliance Repairman and he was able to completely repair it quickly and efficiently, he was so knowledgeable and gave us some really good advice. Contacted Richard via email, regarding Sage coffee machine fault, who responded quickly and offered same day service. Pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing - machine now working correctly. Richard also assured on-going support should fault re-occur. Can highly recommend.

Not sure if this company would be open today being holidays. Well much to my delight, yes. I telephoned at 9am helpful chap called Paul said he could come between 12.00 and 2pm. Good to his word he came at 12.30, respectful of property, knowledgeable, fixed our oven which had two issues, able to give quote straight away. He had parts with him, amazing fixed by 1pm. Efficient service, so refreshing could not recommend this company enough.

Great job on my washing machine. I thought it might be kaput but the problem was diagnosed via a few photos and quickly and easily fixed. An enormous weight off my mind and excellent value!

I had phoned a couple of washing machine repairmen but found that they just didn’t want to help. Although appliance repairman Ltd recommended that I get a new machine he explained in detail why it would cost so much to repair and gave me a breakdown of the parts and labour. I would come back to this company for any repair needs I have in the future on any appliance. Very good
