This company has been calling my office every day for the past week, they refuse to take no for an answer, they all have off shore accents. They refuse to put my company on their do not call list. If what they offer is so great, companies like mine would be rushing to do business with them. They told me they had called 5 appliance companies in my area this morning and nobody would work with them. I feel sorry for the customer who uses these guys for a referral to a repair company because there is a good chance they are going to get a fly by night servicer who does not have longevity in this business and does not understand the cost of doing business.

On top of all reviews said about tricky business that appliance appointment does I want to add my short experience.

This company called me first time asking to join their website. I said not interested.
Two days later they called again. Same thing, due to their policy it was not in my interest paying $20 per call if they not guarantee customer appointment.
Three days later they called third time saying they will not charge if service not provided.

I open an account they get my credit card.
Few days later get four calls. One of them was scheduled, three were phone conversation without scheduling an appointments due to asking an advice.
I was charged $80 for nothing. Many people call through their website because company market their business on top of google search results. But it's not always end up on scheduling a service.

Called their customer service who refused to refund money based on their policy that was different when their agent soliciting business from me.

Had issues with the service and most of the time did not get the issues resolved. Was going through the process of reviewing my problems with receiving calls and they just charged my account regardless of what the circumstances were. They told me that most my card would be billed was 250 at a time, did not know that would be weekly!!! Then the last charge was over $500. I can take the good with the bad, but when was this supposed to be good???

we have used appliance appointment almost exclusively for the last several months. While a couple of the calls we have disputed and lost have been debatable, for the most part if it is not a relevant call, they have immediately credited me for the call. As the owner of the company, I have had to call on several occasions to ask guidance on whether a call was relevant or out of our area, and have been pleased with the results. We have never payed for a call out or our service area, or a call that, with a rational understanding of the process, was not relevant. As far as our company is concerned, top notch service and excellent return on investment.

This company is untrustworthy!! They have a bunch of salespeople call you and totally mislead you on how great they are and how they will take care of calls you're billed for that are not legitimate calls with just a simple phone call to your sales rep.. What a LIE! The sales rep is no longer with the company and I am stuck paying for 10 calls and only 5 were legit calls. Come to find out it has to meet certain criteria which was not what I was told. I was told to call my rep and she would work with me, now shes no longer with the company. SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

In the beginning we did have some issues with charges for services we did not provide, but after a month or so those leads were credited and the calls eventually ceased. Now we get a steady stream of calls daily. I would probably estimate that we get 90% of our new customers from them. We had a really rough time at first getting credits and getting our account manager to return phone calls. I even resulted to threatening to quit using their service. But once I did that, they fixed all of my problems (it took about a week of continuous back and forth calls). If you can make it through the first few months with them I think it would be well worth your time. I have not had an issue with them putting their lead generator number on my existing advertising yet. I know for a fact that my company would not be doing well without appointment.com. We have been a customer since April 2014. We have had many billing issues but now what we do is pay them on a daily basis, that way I can stay ontop of the calls and credits. This, in my opinion is really the only way to handle this type of advertising because if you are "down" and not getting leads your phone will definitely show it. I can tell by noon if I have hit my limit and my company is not being advertised. Use them but stay on top of it regularly.

Beware! I used this company for a while and already had some web search engine advertising that I pay for, somehow applianceappointment.com put their phone numbers all over my existing advertising. I know that sounds impossible but it happened to me, stay far away from this company they will also charge you for calls and voicemails not even pertaining to your business! If you fell for them make sure you check your search engine sites and get them corrected, cause they sure wont help you get it back to the way it was. This company really needs a lawsuit against them!

As a business the the cost will not pan out in the long run, This is not a plus in my business and I will not reffernce or refer this porgram to anyone.

With their online presence and lofty page placement on Google it was a no brainer to get involved with them. I get steady referrals from them almost every day at an affordable rate.

I have no reservations about Appliance Appointment. We stopped using them for about a month and noticed a huge decline in COD calls. Once we signed back on with them the calls started rolling in again. Very friendly company to work with and are there to answer any questions you may have.
