Gas replacement by Harry Funk, professional, friendly and without hassle!

Had a small leak. Peter Yarde, the on-duty engineer called in and sorted out the issue in minutes. An absolute pleasure to deal with and talk to. Thanks Peter.

I've just had my Calor LPG gas tank replaced with a brand new one. The three chaps who installed it early
morning at my property were very friendly & explained everything they were doing. Their names were Joe March, Stuart Custy & Ian Day. My tank was in a difficult place to reach with the small crane but that took great care to manoeuvre into place and remove the old one. Thanks guys great job.

Agreed to order top up supply when reading is at 30%.....excellent service as ordered place received delivery date and as normal delivery arrived on that date... superb service..

Mark Whiland came to sort a gas leak on 13.03.26 .He sorted the leak and explained the tests he was doing and the repair which he carried out. This made me feel very happy and safe. He was very professional and very helpful also answerd any questions i had .And said if there is anything I was not sure about not to hesitate to call if I ever needed help .I would definitely recommend Mark Whiland to anyone , fantastic enginer.

Excellent service from Frazer and Garry when they came to change out our gas tank on Monday the 9th March no fuss very professional and quick.

I was sent the wrong item and they won't send out the item I ordered and paid for until they receive the product they sent me by mistake. I have asked over and over to send out the product in the meantime but they have refused. I think this is very bad customer service when it was their mistake but I am the one without the product I ordered. I had put a review on calor account as I thought that was the company i had ordered from but turns out it is Calor appliances that is a completly differnt company not c9nfusing at all.

We have a bulk gas tank installation in the middle of a mature common grass area on our private estate. Calor decided that they needed to install a soak away to alleviate flooding in the service pits for the supply. We were concerned about the mess and damage this would cause to our grassed area, but we need not have worried, Andy and Theo from Calor Engineering opted to hand dig for the installation and removed turfs on the excavation area which were relaid after the soak away installation, leaving a very neat job that will self heal as the grass grows. Two very pleasant individuals who really care about their work and customer satisfaction. An exemplar for customer service, well done Andy and Theo 👏

I have had my gas meter and box replaced. Two very nice gentlemen called Andy N and Dave T called today to do this job. They were both very polite efficient and professional in their work. They completed the job and tidied up everything behind them. Very pleased with the job done.

Excellent quick service . They had to exchange the Calor Gas Tank & all the piping that went through our driveway & around the house. Dave & Gary were polite & punctual & even though they dug a huge hole in our gravel driveway, it was impossible to tell where the hole had been when they'd finished. Excellent 5 stars
