Before you buy any item from them first step red all reviews . They are rubbing peoples. In pictures they show you item but in real not same . I was ordered chips fryer they wasn't told me not UK plug should change to single phase . I want return item they replied after 1 week they told me i should pay for return fees .56kg how much i should pay for shipping fees ? Everywhere they send you return barcode just in your company not return barcode or collection. Costumer must pay for return item just with Appliances Direct

So we picked up a washer November 2024 because we noticed all excellent reviews and all was good for only 1 month.
Then dec 2024 April 2025 and then a 3rd time November 2025 the machine has blown its circuit board .
Each time this has happened the inconvenience of no washer for up to 2 weeks is not fair and so we’ve tried to contact them through eBay to try and come to an agreement but they clearly are avoiding the matter.
The machine is still under warranty and the we’ve lost all faith with this machine.
This matter could have been resolved by coming to an agreement that the machine which did blow up and smoke coming from it is simply not acceptable and dangerous .

Bought a Zenith fridge freezer and it is a piece of garbage. Absolute cr4p. Ices up. Cheap, flimsy plastic cr4p.

Bought an inexpensive under- counter fridge which packed up after a year. I called a couple of days out of warranty and the attitude was what do you expect, it was only cheap.
Also bought a small washing machine which they 'fitted'. Massive leak as they had just tucked a pipe down the back rather than putting a valve on it. To be honest I cannot even be bothered to contact them as I imagine I will just end up upset and frustrated.
Used to be great. I presume they were taken over and I will never, ever use them again.

Very Disappointing!

The Hob argues with the too small key-in area.
It can lock up when trying to adjust settings.
It sometimes does show a better programmed adjustment of hob area setting but not always.

We've had this hob for 3 months now - never again!!

Scammers praying on the elderly and vulnerable members of our society.

I ordered a nutribullet in May took my money but no goods ever delivered and I am not the only one scammers DONOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I didn't receive my order evan though you were quicker enough taking my money

Well now I've read reviews I can definitely vouch for them, my order hasn't come & company won't respond to my email will get onto credit card company to report this is a scam company, how can they keep trading & taking orders & people's money

This company is a scam company - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! no response to emails and a mobile number for contact that goes straight to voicemail which is full! BEWARE

Only give one star as can't put none this fraudulent company I have reported to the police. 30/022 they were supposed to deliver my fridge freezer and oven nothing came they stayed it ended up in Frigg Scotland. Gave them a second chance and still no items . Asked for refund the blocked me and haven't returned calls phone number doesn't work. Have contacted bank to report as well .

This company are still advertising and come up on a shopping google search offering cheap domestic appliances. I have been scammed before on something like this so checked Trustpilot first - thanks to you guys for warning me - why has nobody taken down this scam site??

This is a scam company based in illford london. It will take your cash and you will receive nothing. They will not reply to live chat, email or calls it's simply a criminal enterprise. Naeem Mohammed as director of this limited company should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Ordered a PS5. Did not arrive. Phone number is a dead number. Emails not answered Reported to my bank.

I ordered a PS5 console from AF Appliances, paid fully for it at end of January 2022. Item has not arrived, no response from phone calls, emails or from chat on their website. I still see the PS 5 console being advertised for £439.66 on their website afappliances.co.uk
