If I could give no stars, I would. I’m still waiting on a delivery from an order in March 21. Calls don’t get answered or emails returned. I discovered today that the appliance I’m waiting on is in stock with the manufacturer and the issue is with Appliances123. I have zero confidence now
I have recently had a kitchen installed, bought from a popular UK kitchen joinery company. I was very pleased to find a much better quality swan neck tap and cupboard door handles at The Design-hub, which has really improved the overall sense of style and quality of the new kitchen. The service provided was excellent. Looking round the showroom is a pleasure, so many beautiful things on display!

The current Covid pandemic has affected supplies globally. Prior to placing the order, I telephoned to ascertain stock availability, price and delivery options. I was met with polite, helpful, informative and importantly, accurate product information and advice. Only then did I place the order and pay online.
Everything went smoothly and rapidly - exactly as planned from start to finish. Took delivery of fridge freezer within 1 week of placing order. I was kept informed throughout the process. Delivery was exactly on time. The appliance arrived in good condition. Delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite. Very Positive!
