DO NOT ORDER NZ CUSTOMERS!

DO NOT ORDER NZ CUSTOMERS!

The claims that there is 24/7 support are a blatant lie, and the phoneline instantly directs to the aussie team, who say they can't help with anything technical outside of helping buy products... and they can't even provide a number to call for the nz team as they're email based only.

While their reputation might be rock solid in aus, it is not worth the purchase here in nz unfortunately.

This would very easily be fixed if they just removed the claims on their website that it's hard not to see as blatant attempts to mislead you with a false sense of support to bait you into buying.

NZers, do NOT buy from them!

One star is too many. If you are in New Zealand, do NOT buy from AppliancesOnLine.co.nz
They are based in Australia. The communication between the Australian HO and the NZ office is poor. On the website, it's claimed that help is available "24/7" on 0800265265. Not true. I tried multiple times and either there was no answer or I was misled and fobbed off.
