Wow, I'm so glad I came across Appliances Online. Amazing prices, Amazing Selections, Amazing service and literally arrived the next morning. I spoke to my husband about it all, including the free delivery, free installation and removal of our old appliance, he said it sounded way too good to be true. I also mentioned that you can price match (we didn't need too, best price already).

I've already spoken to a couple of people about Appliances Online and how good my experience was and they both knew all about Appliances Online and had bought products from them before (gate keeping).

I will 100% be coming back for more appliances when needed and I will continue to recommend. Love, love love..

I genuinely cannot remember the last time I was this frustrated by a delivery service.
I purchased a dishwasher from Appliances Online, including installation and removal of my old appliance.
On the first scheduled installation, the dishwasher arrived but the installer refused to complete the job because there were stairs. The delivery was then rescheduled, with the access requirements known.
Today I waited again for the rescheduled delivery and installation. It simply did not happen.
After two failed appointments, the response from Winning Services was essentially an apology and an offer to book me in for yet another day. That means I am expected to rearrange my life for a third appointment because of failures that were entirely outside my control.
An apology followed by “we can reschedule” is not a resolution when a customer has already been inconvenienced twice. At some point someone needs to take ownership of the problem.
I chose Appliances Online because I expected the convenience of an integrated delivery and installation service. Instead, this has been extraordinarily inconvenient and frustrating.
Two appointments. Still no dishwasher. And apparently the solution is simply for me to give up another day and hope for the best.
Extremely disappointing service from both Appliances Online and Winning Services.

Easy to use and trustworthy buying experience for me. Have used a couple of times without problem. Removal of the old appliance and the packaging of new was a bonus.

This is my 4th time using AOL. Great price on the top of line Bosch dishwasher we wanted. Was easy to find on their website. Used help line for some info and they were terrific and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and the 2 delivery men were very friendly and took all the packing away without even us asking. Highly recommend Appliance on Line. A+++

Excellent service! This is the second time I've used them and just as satisfied as the 1st. Found the Samsung TV I was looking for at a great price, ordered, and delivered the next day. Delivery time and tracking very accurate, plus they removed the old TV. The whole experience is so much better, and convenient, than a retail store.

Very easy to order online, my airfryer was out of stock but they had more coming and I received a date about 6 weeks wait and I wasquite OK with that as I purchased at an excellent price so was prepared to wait. Appliances Online gave me a delivery date at the time of ordering and it arrived on exactly that date. I was kept appraised of the delivery and the delivery driver actually carried the airfryer right into my kitchen as the box was quite big & bulky. I was very thankful for such a hands on perfect delivery. So from start to finish I was very happy indeed. Thanks Appliances Online. I'd be very happy to recommend Appliances Online, they provide excellent service, one seldom see's such service these days.

Purchased a washing machine and dryer and am very happy with my appliances. My order was placed on Tuesday morning and my appliances were delivered the following morning. Efficient and professional service with the delivery, my appliances were set up for me and a test run made on the washing machine. A great experience, I highly recommend this company. Local stores will not deliver to our address as we are 34kms out of Canberra. Appliances Online delivered at no charge and at a great price.

The worst place ever. They messed up my delivery 2 times. They promised to take away the old bed and then refused to take it. When I tried to solve this problem with them I was made to feel like it was my mistake. Don’t buy anything from this place.
Thanks for responding but this not clear and they said they would take it if I dismantled it. This needs to be clear. The way the mistakes have been handled is terrible and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I will never buy from you again. I recommend other people buy their appliances elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing. Convenient, especially with delivery and picking up old appliances or furnitures. I have ordered multiple times with no issue.

Easy process, next day delivery

This was the second purchase in as many weeks, I will only use appliances online, the process is so simple, the service is great, the delivery team could not be better, nothing is too much trouble, others could learn from this.

Excellent service and quick delivery! Bought a new dryer and got delivered the next day. They also offered recycling your old appliance free of charge. Online chat customer service also very helpful, would buy it from you guys again ;)
