Great experience from get go. Kept informed with order. Delivery excellent. Highly recommended.

All was good until delivery when the truck driver advised he could not get access due to the huge truck he was in which might damage power lines.
This meant we had to reschedule delivery which meant repacking our old fridge and emptying it again and moving furniture etc.
There needs to be somewhere were you can advise on the size of delivery truck that should be used.
A time consuming and frustrating exercise.

Very disappointing warranty experience

I am extremely disappointed with how Appliances Online has handled a faulty Rogerseller sink mixer purchased for our new kitchen renovation.

The tap failed immediately after installation, leaving us without running water in our kitchen. We contacted Appliances Online straight away and provided everything requested, including photos and an independent plumber’s report confirming the fault was with the tap itself and not the installation.

I want to acknowledge that the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. The issue is not with the individuals — it is with the warranty process and the lack of urgency in resolving a genuine product failure.

Despite providing the requested information, we have had to repeatedly chase updates and are now being told we need to wait further while the matter is investigated. This is incredibly frustrating when the evidence has already been provided and we are left without a functioning kitchen tap.

A faulty product can happen, but the real test of a company is how it responds when things go wrong. Unfortunately, the after-sales support and warranty process has fallen well short of expectations.

Customers should be aware that while purchasing from Appliances Online may be easy, getting a genuine fault resolved can be a very different experience.

This is 5th time ordering from Appliances on Line and I would not shop retail because of their customer service. Purchased a mattress and washing machine. Tommy and Ricky arrived on time took away old washing machine, installed the new one and ran a cycle. Old Mattress removed and new mattress installed for NO EXTRA CHARGE!! The Best customer experience which is why we will continue to use Appliances on Line as nobody else comes close.

Easy, quick and Professional

Great customer service team that helps me answer questions about the appliance I'm buying with helpful suggestions. Order was processed immediately and got our product delivered the very next day, no extra charge for delivery and taking away old appliances for free. Definitely recommended for great prices, and service!

Ive purchased from appliances online twice now. Both times i received amazing, fast and reliable service. My first purchase i was able to pick a delivery day that suited me. The second time I ordered sunday night and received the order the following morning. The drivers were friendly and professional. I wont buy from anywhere else.

I have shopped with Appliances Online a few times since 2011. Competitive pricing, quick delivery where possible, and the delivery of my latest purchase of an 8kg heat pump dryer was so quick and the deliver guys were so efficient. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered the following Monday morning. I could even track my delivery from the dispatch point. So good!

Online ordering, not a problem; but as expected. Website does not have sorting function for products, such if you wanted to sort lowest price to highest. Price was very good, and I used my first order $30 off, meant it was only $6 more than Costco. Company delivery stated that will contact on the day with time window, which I was concerned about. It turned out to get fine and it was delivered within a 3 hour window, which I could work with. Taking away packing and making sure it was undamaged was great. I will look to order anything else I may need in near future such as dryer and a Smart TV.

Customer Service was A+, Ordering online and the price matching was fabulous but the next day delivery was awesome. Will be using Appliances Online again

Read all the great reviews and was excited to purchase my washing machine online, however my bubble was soon broken when I was informed what I purchased was out of stock and may arrive in a month not guaranteed. Customer service did try to help me replace the product with another, however every single one I was interested in was out of stock. The one customer service did suggest, I asked if it could get a discount which worked out to be about $30, to fit into my new budget which they declined.
So now I’m waiting for my refund which may arrive in 3-5 working days, until I can repurchase an appliance I am in desperate need of. Should of never trusted online services no matter the great reviews.

Fault less 5 star service and value for money

What an absolute circus this has been from start to finish.

We purchased a WEST 90CM DUAL PYRO FS DRK SS and booked an oven delivery and installation, expecting a straightforward replacement of a like-for-like oven. Instead, on the day of delivery, we were told the installation couldn't proceed because the existing setup was supposedly "not compliant."

We were then told we would need additional work completed at an extra cost of $1,200, on top of the $685 installation fee we had already agreed to. It was outrageously expensive, but with no oven, we felt we had no choice.

After agreeing to the additional cost, we then waited five days just to receive confirmation that the oven would be re-delivered. Even then, nobody could tell us when it would actually be installed. Every phone call meant explaining the entire situation from the beginning because no one seemed to know what was going on. We were passed from person to person, given conflicting information, and left completely in the dark.

Finally, after all that waiting and frustration, we were told you still couldn't install the oven this week. At that point, enough was enough—we requested a full refund.

The lack of communication, poor customer service, disorganisation, and complete inability to deliver what was promised has been unbelievable. What should have been a simple oven replacement turned into an expensive, stressful, and time-consuming ordeal.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need an appliance delivered and installed within a reasonable timeframe. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
