Michelle and the sales management team are great at looking after you and keeping you involved in the process, I have been using Applied Leasing for the past 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else's Applied Leasing is a brilliant one stop shop to make leasing a car so easy and stress free!

I was a little bit dubious at first about using this company at first. But I have to say the service I have received has been first class.Richard sourced the car for me in 2 days( this electric car is in very short supply). The car was delivered as ordered within 2 weeks. All the staff are very professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Honestly the worst and unorganised leasing company I’ve dealt with . Shame really because some of the staff are nice . Wasted a lot of time sorting things out with them, then for them to alter the pricing and say “it was a mistake” after it’s been signed… unacceptable.

Ordered and paid for the down payment in July and we did mention car is required in October. It was guaranteed they’ll meet the date. 3
Months later no sign of car and instead we get a ‘copy and paste message’ every two weeks. They mentioned about a fire which happened last year that’s causing the delay but they never mentioned and quite happy to take a payment. Now they are saying it might delivered towards the end of this year or early next year. What a joke. Avoid this company at all cost!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely shocking company with extremely poor customer service. Waited 5 months delivery (it was meant to take 12 weeks max) for a vehicle only to be told right before delivery that they had to cancel the order due to how they processed the finance agreement. Despite assurances that everything was processed fine and receiving regular delivery updates. Absolutely no effort to find a resolution and not even an ounce of sympathy for making me wait 5 months and cancelling at the last minute, hiding behind their terms and conditions which state they have the right to cancel before delivery of the vehicle. No offer of compensation or attempts to rectify their error. PLEASE avoid this company and don’t be fooled by the sales pitch. They will have no problem in tucking you up. Currently awaiting my refund and have zero faith that it will be with me anytime soon.

Unfortunately the company has let me down so I felt compelled to write this review. I make an order for a pickup only to be told just before delivery it wasnt available. This was inconvenient because I was due to hand back my existing vehicle and so was faced with having no vehicle (no work etc). I was offered another pickup of lesser quality with the promise that the upgrades would match it. I was given very little information on this and it transpires to be due to the fact there is quite a lot of difference. In the aim of me accepting (even though my situation meant I had no choice) was then promised a £660+VAT return on my payment on delivery of the pickup, which hasnt happened 2 months later.
I am having to constantly chase their admin team and the sales rep I dealt with initially has never responded. I have had a poor experience throughout and would not recommend using this company

Very poor Admin support. You need to constantly chase for delivery dates. Phone calls and Emails ignored. They sell you the dream when your ordering but simply can't back it up when actually trying to get the vehicle to you.

Second time i have used Applied Leasing and it won’t be my last. I would like to say a huge thank you to Applied Leasing especially Michelle Grant (who was awesome) and the Admin Team for all their support in helping me source my new car which i am overjoyed with. It did turn into a bit of a saga and things started to look bleak but with Michelle’s determination and perseverance we got there in the end and made it through to the otherside unscathed :-). I personally would highly recommend Applied Leasing to everyone as I believe in making my own mind up as oppose to reading negative reviews.

I have been dealing with Mike Walker at Applied Leasing for the past few weeks and have been hugely impressed by his dedication to finding me a good deal for the range of cars i enquired about.

Mike is very personable and easy to deal with and has consistently been able to offer me deals that are better than rival companies. I am not the easiest person to contact but Mike has not let this deter him and has kept going.

I dealt with Michael Walker who is a very nice chap and helped me from start to finish. He worked really hard to get me the right price having shopped around for a while. I highly recommend both Michael and Applied Leasing.

The leasing process isn't without it challenges (delays in delivery etc.). However the friendly team at Applied Leasing did a great job overall of managing my expectations and delivery of the vehicle. First time personal lease for me, pricing excellent. Car delivered slightly late, otherwise without issue. Thanks to the team at Applied Leasing.
