I have change from optimum nutrition isolate gold to applied nutriton Iso-xp, and i choose applied nutiton good stuff nice quality flavour, disolves clean, creatine brilliant, free samples of prework out and multivitamins and amino acids for a week !! I got the 1.8kg chocolate flavour brilliant, no dirty aftertaste!!!!
