Got an appointment within 10 minutes of me joining!

Unreal service I don’t know what I’d have done without it.

I was very skeptical but needed my passport urgently after a name change. It worked!! Appointments come out in the PM around 2pm but you still can't get in the queue without this. The watcher informs you asap/in advance so you are first in the queue - the trick is to make sure you are on line around the time the notifications come out. I opted for text as well at £15 as easier to watch for -the email and text come out exactly the same time. You get notifications for 30 days. I secured an appointment on the 2nd attempt. Highly recommend

With 10 days to go I discovered my passport was not legal to travel, due to extra months being added. I was going to las vegas to see a show at caesars palace a present to myself for my 70th birthday. I came across this site paid the fee,I got an appointment to attend the passport office straight away, within 3 days I had my new passport,I had to travel to South Wales to pick it up but it was worth every penny, thank you so much

Great service. Tried to get an appointment for over two two weeks with no luck. Used the £15 service and within 24 hours had an appointment. Within 4 days had my passport back. Small cost to pay for such a great service

I recieved regular updates interms of the service I paid for and then when an appointment was a available the system allowed me to pop in and out while still keeping my spot in the que. Excellent service. I got my passport in the end.

Great experience, booked 1 week fast track appointment within 48 hours of signing up to the email and SMS service. You still need to be on the ball but so much easier when they tell you when new appointments are available as opposed to hopelessly refreshing every hour. Total peace of mind now and can go on holiday!!! Yay!

Before coming across AppointmentWatcher, I had spent weeks trying to get an appointment with the Passport Office. I was running out of time and was very worried.

I was concerned that the appointments I was being notified about were all at offices too far away from me but within a couple of days of using this company I secured an appointment at the Newport office, which is closest to me. Highly delighted and very relieved. I’ll recommend this company.

Daughters passport is a few days over the 3 month expiry rule when leaving the country. So I signed up at 8am and got a text by 2:40pm to let me know there’s appointments available. Unfortunately no appointments until 12th May (our holiday is on the 4th) due to the backlog/strikes but luckily we were able to push the holiday back till June without losing the full amount.

Legitimately an amazing service. While I'm sure there are maybe free extensions that will do this, it's really worth just paying the fee if you need this because it's so reliable and actually works – I was about to cancel a holiday and now I should be picking up the passport the day before I'm meant to fly, in London as well, it's a lifesaver. Not cheap but whatever, if you need it, you need it.

Signed up in the evening and by the afternoon of the following day I had an appointment. Very pleased with the service, it’s well worth the cost.
