Very prompt and efficient and professional .
I would recommend it to all parents to try APPRENTUS themselves to experience the platform and they have teachers from all the fields be it music , language, math etc .

I found quickly the excellent levantine Arabic teacher I was looking for. The process is smooth and efficient.

This is a great platform. It is quite user friendly, efficient and clear, and I like its design.

Apprentus is a very efficient and effective platform that I have been using for at least 4 years now. They resolve issues seamlessly and are extremely proactive in doing so! It has supplemented my income, and allowed me to rub shoulders with many quality professionals and amazing souls. Even if Apprentus doesn't have an app, it is a solid business model marketplace that truly supports a very dynamic teach-and-learn arena. One that could be useful for the future of education. I just think the price of inscription is a little expensive under 10 lessons. Why not make a progressive price, according to the number of chosen courses ? Terrible customer service. I signed up for ten Farsi courses in Istanbul. Due to an error with Apprentus, my teacher was unable to receive payments from Apprentus. My teacher did not want to meet until this issue was resolved. It took almost two weeks for Apprentus to resolve the payment issue. Because my time in Istanbul was limited, this meant I wasn't able to attend the lessons I signed up for. Therefore I asked to be refunded, minus one course. They refunded me but withheld a 25 euro "membership payment." Keep in mind that this all happened because of an error on their end and had they resolved the issue in a timely manner, they would have had my business. There are no benefits of having a "membership" so withholding that money is dishonest, unethical and illegal. Don't do business with a company that treats its clients with such contempt.

It was very difficult to find a teacher. It took a lot of time .The system is slow and complicated. You have to wait for days for an answer.
My teacher is super, but I'm not really satisfied with Apprentus.
