So it looks like all the bad reviews have been removed after approved claims have rang people posting them to bribe them. I know, because I was also approached via telephone and email. They must be getting desperate. Do you think HMRC are not renewing their contract after receiving so many complaints? I had a refund of £298.89 and got a cheque from Approved for £125.42! Processing my claim they took £143.47 and slapped a £30 admin fee, for what?
Do not use these people, please.
Btw they tried to bribe me by reimbursing their processing and admin fees!

I wrote a bad review about this company this was down to lack of communication at their end, once everything was explained to me in the phone I understood what went wrong and my payment was paid within 2 week of Approvedclaims receiving my payment from HMRC, they were apologetic and very reasonable with the outcome, I would use Approvedclaimsgroup again now I know the issues were genuine

Both people I spoke to were very helpful and reassured me my money would be with me asap. All things were done to a high standard great company

I genuinely thought this was a poor company dealing with my tax rebate, but I’ve just been contacted by a lovely lady called Sonya from Approved Claims Group and she was so apologetic with the issues I’ve had, she also explained fully to me why these issues have happened. I’m really satisfied with this response and as a thank you for understanding, the company gave back a percentage of the fees, which was paid back immediately into my bank account.

I've tried to phone this company and sent a emails but no reply back I got a email saying I was sent a pay but also never arrived am not happy at all.

Wow what a difference. I have just spoken to a guy called Abdu at Approved Claims Group Ltd. What a professional and courteous man. Beautiful spoken English, Abdu really is a credit to this company he has helped me with this whole process whilst I was still on the phone with him. What a guy , I really wish all customer experiences would take a look how this man called Abdu handles customers. Truly amazing can’t talk this guy up enough.
I was a nervous wreck and he calmed me down and went through the whole process with me and waited for my documents to upload whilst I was on the phone with him.
