I am the general manager for AppleMC. We switched to Lumina after we repeatedly ran into issues/roadblocks while using Centox and decided we needed to make a change. Lumina was very new at the time, so some of our administrators were a bit skeptical, but so far, this transition has been very much worth our while. The team at Lumina have been very accommodating and quick to implement requested enhancements that greatly improve on flexibility and make it much easier to adapt to the workflow of a larger server. Lumina has made clear that they are an excellent option for any Discord server, not just those based around Minecraft server communities. They are very quick to respond to support requests and prioritize bug fixes. Their platform is continuing to evolve rapidly, and I will be strongly encouraging others to use Lumina going forward.

This is the best platform to manage Forms and Applications for a Minecraft server or a Discord community! Integration is easy and intuitive and it works very good! Highly recommend it to anyone :)

Hands down the best application system I’ve ever used. The website is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, and everything works exactly as intended. The management team is incredibly friendly, active, and always willing to help. You can tell a lot of care has gone into this platform. Highly recommended.
